2120 | 4 If possible, try that route 1-2 times before the race so you know what you
can do.
But by this way you may end up of regretting not pushing enough as whx
warned (which is too late for me-:P) |

A***a 发帖数: 1799 | 9 不错了,YASSO 800就是你马拉松的FINISH TIME.

b***i 发帖数: 10018 | 10 现在有点跟whx一样,不想obsessed about BQ了 |

STARTS AFTER MILE 20',
FOR FUN
Half of the people who have embarked on a one
hundred mile journey may fall by the way side”。

|
b***i 发帖数: 10018 | 47
i second that... since whx didn't wear HRM, i couldn't tell how he felt in
his trainings, but for me, those easy runs were just too fast. (I know, my
trainings are also aggressive.:)) |
|
c*********n 发帖数: 2120 | 48 When I run with whx whose pace for a recovery run is around 7:30, I was
moved when he said" there is no better way to start a day than an easy run",
for which he has to run with my pace around 9:16-:(
When I run with baiji yesterday, whose most pace for a long run is around 7:
20, we run with pace 10:20...He comforted me by saying "the slower, the
better for his base training"
