上的其实是个bootcamp class,因为大家知道那个trainer教KB,都吵着要他教KB,今天就

打火机可以搞个防风的，比如windmill delta。
手电需要有低光一档，实用的机会比强光多。

玩，全身运动挺好的。有dumbells也可以做swing,TGU,windmill啥的。

有史以来第一次，5:45AM的课上完没有要死要活的，而且几乎把训练项目都完成了，除
了最后的warm down.
惭愧，不是提高了，是教练6周之后终于领悟了：因材施教。今天带来的是两个版本，
一个是海豚版, 另一个是我用的：蜗牛版，大部分项目都减半。比如finger tip drag,
蜗牛就drag 2x25, 海豚要drag 4x25。
另外可能跟周五的400yard也有关，今天哪怕是打水，都没觉得那么难受，看来心肺被
虐到一定程度，也终于领悟了：主人喜欢无氧的感觉，你就配合吧。
今天训练项目：

3x50 kick
2x25 head tap
2x25 windmill
2x25 shark fin
2x25 zipper
2x25 fingertip drag

propeller driven engines, in which case you would also feather the prop on
the dead engine to keep it from windmilling thereby reducing drag on that
side. |
