我觉得大肠杆菌快，但不知道codon usage 或者修饰会不会有问题。还是说要看具体的
蛋白，codon use？

protein it is. what modifications you want? if phosphorylation, E. coli
doesn't have it.

folding的。anyway，就是function的
问题，还有能否分泌出来，不要形成inclusion body

Especial for E.coli, it is so easy to test. You can know the result even
before you finish thinking about those 2nd modification problems. Just let
nature tell you answer. |
