Today I sent the 30 day demand letter to CPEES. At the same time I reported
this thing to NCEES and the state board. If I don't get any reponse from
CPEES in 30 days, I would file suit in a court.
During this period, I am trying to collect more evidence.
Two points,
1, Since they already accepted the Transcripts Request Form and Course
Description with departmental stamp (not university), why do they refuse to
answer if they accept such documents of mine. Despising me?
2, "Sending original degree verification to CPEES" is a despising policy for
all the international students. Original degree verification is not the
only way to verify someone's degree. Especially in the case that the loss of
a original degree verification is not redeemable, such requirement is
reasonless.

Remember, that is their goal to make 95% "Not Pass". It is NCEES and state
board asked them to do so.
This favorate most State Board officals and engineers because they have USA
Abet degrees.

Their rationale is:
The total amount of time is the same for undergraduate education anywhere in
the world. so if you gain 180 credits in China while a US person gains 120
credits for a BS degree, your 1 credit is equivalent to 120/180 = 0.67 of US
credit.

This is rediculous.
We should fight together for this fucking policy.
One simple case is if some guys in a very low level college outside of U.S.
got a bachelor degree with a very low amount of credit, let's say 90. Does
it mean each of his credit is worth 2 times of Americans'? If someone is
very diligent in studying and choose as many as possible courses to get a
bachelor degree. Does it mean his credit depreciate?
I support a lawsuit for those evaluation agencies.

According the latest CPEES newsletter, "One interesting fact is that only 21
percent of the evaluations released have been judged ABETequivalent". It is
CRAZY.
Also, looks like "certain approved programs in India would become recognized
" in the near future by CPEES.

That is already a big step. At the beginning, it is only 5% passing.
