我朋友本来是要矫正牙，矫型牙医让拔两颗再矫形。可谁知牙医却拔错了一颗牙，原本
的正牙计划也乱了套。请问他该怎莫办？需要打官司吗？如打官司结果会如何？谢谢！ |

win this case.

compensation for this kind of damage is very small even if you can win. The
best bet is negotiate with the involved dentists and request for some kind
of financial compensation - he pays for your orthodontic treatment in part
or in full. If not satisfied, contact the local dental society and ask for

it. $100k settlement is rare. There must have been some severe
consequences.
Dental students screw up quite often and the dental school get sued often.
The school I am affiliated with were sued 6 times in the last 5 years, the
largest settlement was $6000. That is why the liability insurance for
dentist is very very low (around $1500-3000 per year in my region). |

院长拔错牙之类的话， 这教授被描得很黑。 判决的金额是法官最后做出的。
