发帖数: 2651 | 1 Just came back from a ski trip. I felt my marathon running
has helped improve my ski experience. Downhill skiing put quite
a bit of stress on calf (shin), quads, and knees. This time
I could handle blue lines quiet well and could go on the slopes
nonstop except lunch break. No wonder the guy at the lift
was surprised that I could go nonstop. I joked I was making my
money worth. :) |

Only when I go skiing can I go up on top of the mountains, and enjoy
the spectacular view.
I'm on the intermediate level, and you can find better coach than
me. Have fun! |
