极其少吃肉，不吃蛋奶，吃大量瓜果蔬菜基础上达到足够蛋白质和脂肪的平衡，每一口
都要充分咀嚼。

this is you can set up a tent in the middle and take a nap if you are too
tired, hehe, it is also much easier to provide support to the runners.
