发帖数: 4527 | 1 Last week I moved to a house 8.5 miles from my office. I decided to run one
way to work or to go home. In order to take the phone, wallet, and keys, I
put them into a crappy waistpack and hold it in hand because it is too wide
for my waist.
I drove to work yesterday morning and then ran back after work. Planned to
run a tempo but failed to accelerate after two mile warm up. Thought my
training was significantly disturbed by the 1300 mile driving last week, I
gave myself an excuse to slow down. It is quite enjoyable to jog on the bike
path after hurricane Irene, not worrying about the falled branches.
This morning I ran to work, I quickly felt tired again after 3 miles and had
to take walking breaks. Then I wrapped the waistpack on my waist, no matter
whether it fits or not. Then I felt much better than holding it in hand
although it was bouncing when I ran. Need a better fuel belt/waistpack for
sure. |

发帖数: 1283 | 8 拎东西跑的时候注意手放低，在腰间而不是在胸前，会省力而且帮助保持平衡。
