pallet not stackable.12美金if 2 pallets can stack.Or $6 if 3 pallets can
stack together.
Min charge $100 per month.
Also charge to unload a 20' between $300-400, labeling $1 per carton to get
into 仓库.
if Pallet is 48'X40', it ends up like $16/sq ft per year all inclusive.
Considering warehouse is about $6-9 每年Metro DC。 估计其他费用在美金3-5每平
方尺。I saw the picture, the warehouse they got is at $6 level. Very old and
out of date.
如果我发货是by carton, they only charge $3 B/L fee. No extra handling fee.
我觉得价格不错，对我来讲。不过他们不开箱子发货。
还问了一个离我近的。现在不知到价格。感觉会贵一些。New warehouse, possibly
update to date.这家会开箱子发货。Manager告诉我，回问COO价格，再回我，还邀请
我去参观。
有消息来update.
我觉得fulfillment center这个第二家，或其他的，问题是无法控制shipping cost。
大部分的适合批发，零售不太灵。如果要自己搞仓库，break even analysis is that
Saving must >> $7 X sq ft needed.
如果需要3000尺，$21000 + part time labor to handle order (如果雇人半天工，
1000 hours per year）
要省3万刀才值。这个挺难的。
如果需要1000尺，雇人每周10小时，也要7000+5000=1.2万刀才值。 | s***e
