1) you need to really press out breath, kind of using your tongue to press
against upper jaw, then u only need to breath in when mouth is out of water
2) rotation is very important, because it prepares your body to do a correct
and efficient stroke, if you can't rotate fast enough, just wait till your
body rotates over, the whole rhythm is locked together. |
