首先地址是指向我的地址，但是名字不对，这个地址没有他们信中所说的名字。
第二，我不欠这个债，甚至连creditor的名字都没有听说过。
怎么办？
还要不要去debt validation. 因为名字都不是我的名字。主要担心，如果发信去debt
validation, 他们改了原来追讨信里的名字，再寄过来一封讨债信就麻烦了。据说这些
collection agency都是千方百计想收集信息来make up story.

agency本来愿意帮忙，但是agency的律师说这样为第三方工作，不能由agency
oversee/supervise，被拒绝的风险非常高。

为我的agency有事就安排了她的同事（这人只能陪看房，其他不能做）陪我们看了房，
并且我决定要bid，然后我马上联系我的agency要bid，在看房前，我已经知道我的
agency正在帮她的另一个客户提价格给这个房子的seller agency，那我想我agency应
该了解这个房子owner最后决定的时间了。谁知道我看完房后，一直联系不到她，我以
为不急吧（主要太信任她了），直到第二天早上很早，email过来说，owner接收了一个
offer,她的一个客户为back up。我们顿时很郁闷，为什么昨天不接我们的电话和email
呀。难道一个agency 不能帮2个客户同时bid同一个house吗？ |

哪一个是普通意义上的提供家访护士/PT/OT业务的？
研究了ILLINOIS HOME HEALTH，HOME SERVICES，and HOME NURSING AGENCY LICENSING
ACT，但是还是搞不太懂这几个的区别。
有没有比较熟悉HOME HEALTH的前辈能帮忙解释一下？

Call the collection agency and writing a letter to them to formally dispute
the charge, the agency will return the bill to your landlord.
The dispute or the attempt from a collection agency won't affect your credit
score.
Some bad agencies may try to scare you. don't be afraid of them, ask them to
show you paper evidence that you agreed to pay that charge.
More than likely, the charge will be dropped.

lz父亲来给lz看孩子，结果去了一次ER，后住院手术了。父亲已经回国了。因为没有买
保险，所以回国后，父亲送来一些证明，办了charity care，免去了住院费用。但是还
有别的单子不能免（大概4，5个医生啊，化验啊之类的单子，加起来5，6千）。当时lz
都一一打电话去问过，得到的答复都是，等charity care批准之后，再给他们打电话，
他们也会相应的adjust bill。尽管这样，在charity care批准之前，他们还是重复的
发信说你有outstanding balance要交钱。lz想着自己打过电话了，所以就都没有管。
lz不是不想交钱，但是想着等他们adjust bill了，能省点钱。
后来charity care下来了，lz打电话，也发了平信，要求adjust bill。目前只收到一
个回信，居然就是，你不要联系我了，你的单子已经转给collecting agency了，你去
联系他们吧。后来的确有collecting agency给我打电话，但是都是要求跟我爸说话，

CSR的话没提到travel agency。估计要明确问merchant category code才行，比较菜的
CSR不灵。
freedom等如果只说airline的话是不包括travel agency的。

交过去几年的city tax,我去当地的city hall交了。谁知道突然又寄来他家一封bill,

我怒给他家打电话，我说这个bill里就一张纸，就编了这么一个数字，连解释这个数字
怎么来的都没有，你们是根据哪条法律编了个数字出来，哪家银行有这么高的利息，更

道怎么回事之类的。反正就是既不告诉你这个500怎么回事，但又要你交！

这和医院现在不招人没关系。
你自己上班就知道了，经常要修假的。生孩子，生病，回中国/菲律宾/印度探亲。。。
。，还有离职，开除。。。。
具体到一个医院，每天都有很多位置空出来。
因为护士一个萝卜一个坑，有空位就要有人补。所以需要很多临时工。
特别是现在经济不好，很多地方冻结招人。比如平常大多数3个人就够了的地方现在就
不会招四个人。但是如果临时病人数量上去了，怎么办？就只能招AGENCY/REGISTRY，
其实医院越不招人，对AGENCY/REGISTRY来说越是好事。活总要有人干吧？
现在经济不好，很多人配偶失业后RELOCATE，这样就经常有人辞职。招一个新人顶位，
至少也要2个月才能独立上岗。这期间怎么办？
反正我现在班还是满满的。我都不敢相信的是这个HOLIDAY他们居然都要我去做AGENCY。
加班可能不如AGENCY。因为现在很多医院你今天加班了，下礼拜如果CENSUS LOW，就第
一个CANCEL你。
我这个人有点悲观，所以我现在很庆幸自己及早出来做。我我们医院以前加班是非常多
的，而且待遇极好，我工作第一年加班7788加起来就有60块 |

今天从loan agency那儿拿到一个closing fee的summary。
其中owner's title insurance $1800。
之前从版上了解到，owner's title insurance 可以自己选择买或者不买。
也可以自己比较不同的title company，选一个比较便宜的。
但我今天这样跟loan agency说了之后，agency说不行，必须买，所有的real estate
都一定要买owner's title insurance的。
然后，还说不可以自己先title company。

转给了collection agency，问他们问什么还没有到30天就转，答曰不知道，我现在只
能和追债公司联系。
当即打给追债公司，居然他们系统里没有我的信息，agent把我转给了manager，他要了
我的account ＃ 和姓名，5分钟后打回来核实了信息，我付清了款，问他会不会影响我
的credit score，他说不会。不知道要不要相信他说？医院是否会report？
我如果想知道自己的credit有没有损失的话应该马上查信用记录还是等一阵？我到bbb
去看了一下这家医院，关于他们的投诉都是bill、collect |

结果登录进取，又变成0了。

天才收到转发过来的帐单还有一封collection agency的信，让我把欠的钱交给
collection agency。医院帐单是我LP的，她没有美国的SSN，如果以后她有SSN了，会
不会影响到她的信用记录？我可不可以给医院打电话，直接把钱付给医院，让他们撤销
collection agency的记录？

网上咨询一番，被告知new york passport agency可以walk in加急护照，如果机票是2
天内的，当天就能拿到护照。早上很早walk in，7点半开门，但一般5点就很长的队了。
我住Bridgewater NJ，驾驶技术一般，而且也怵纽约市内高昂的停车费，所以准备坐火
车进城。
早上最早的一班火车4:39 am开出，到达New York Penn Station已经5:58 am了。
然后换乘地铁1号线到Houston St，网上查到的班次是5分钟一般，6分钟可到。
我从没坐过纽约市的地铁，买票和NJ Train一样么？

大家帮我看一下，我妈妈来美国买的旅行短期保险。妈妈6月份头突然眩晕的很厉害，
站不稳，看了医生，以前她从来没有这种情况，医生还order了blood test。看病的时
候保险已经生效了。保险居然来信说一分钱都不付，全让我们自己付，我们随后也收到
了医生和抽血机构的两份账单。该医生账单上居然说我们这次是preventative visit,
我妈妈分明是头眩晕的很厉害才去看的，怎么说是preventative。那边验血机构的单子
老来催，说要转到collection agency了。
实在不想当冤大头，打算和保险公司打拉锯战，结果不清楚前暂时不付账单。
请问大家，如果因为意见不合，我们和保险打拉锯战，我们认为保险应该付，所以不交

标 题: New York Passport Agency要多早到达才能walk in当天拿到护照

我2月底能完成入籍面试和宣誓，拿到公民纸。
因为国内家里有急事，所以希望能快些拿到美国护照。
网上咨询一番，被告知new york passport agency可以walk in加急护照，如果机票是2
天内的，当天就能拿到护照。早上很早walk in，7点半开门，但一般5点就很长的队了。
我住Bridgewater NJ，驾驶技术一般，而且也怵纽约市内高昂的停车费，所以准备坐火
车进城。
早上最早的一班火车4:39 am开出，到达New York Penn Station已经5:58 am了。
然后换乘地铁1号线到Houston St，网上查到的班次是5分钟一般，6分钟可到。
我从没坐过纽约市的地铁，买票和NJ Train一样么？

标 题: 赢了dispute，垃圾Enterprise把帐送collection agency了

出去玩，租了Enterprise的车；提车时，没有我定的车了，给升了级。还车时发现要多
收升级的钱。通过chase开了赢了dispute，不用付升级的钱。以为没事情了，快一年后
现在刚发现Enterprise把帐送collection agency了。
给collection agency打了电话，说了一下。那头说没事了，在这个case上加注了。我
问确定没事了？那头说我们没事了。我还是说，30天内给你们寄dispute的信。
问问各位怎么办？

settlement with them -- the deal being you pay the bill and they withdraw
their report of your delinquency to the credit Bureau. Collection agencies
cannot care less about your credit score -- all they want is to collect the
maximum amount possible at the lowest cost possible. Tell them that if they
do not settle with you, you will file an action for declaratory relief with

释“，对方没有一个具体的人会生气）你想得到什么？你有三种选择：
（1）不付帐单：估计你没有这个想法。本身也不太可能。collection agency是靠讨债
吃饭的。
（2)少付帐单：闹到这种局面，可能性不大。有一种专门交涉少付医疗帐单的公司，你
把帐单给他们，交涉成功，他们提成，交涉不成，不收费。可以试试运气。
（3）全额付帐单：直接向医院付帐就全结了，不用搭理collection agency。
关于投诉：
“没有item list”不是特殊针对你一个人，你投诉这点，是要求医院或整个医疗系统
做出改变。想好了，你有这个能量吗？
三次bill，然后转到collection agency。------ 你有投诉的着力点吗？（“回国”是
你对着镜子投诉你自己时的理由）
目前你的信用记录没有受到任何伤害，不存在恢复问题。

interest structures in the deal, and external, which is mainly about getting
insurance from other firms, say, AIG or MBIA.
I am not sure of Risk capital haircut you mentioned. If you mean the risk
