且肉质很差，太难吃了，大概跟宰杀的方法有关，没放过血。
羊，牛，猪，鸡，我全部到附近的农村屠宰场买，去一趟开车来回一个半小时左右。羊
和鸡都整只，牛和猪与同事或朋友share。牲口本身的钱，加上屠宰加工费和来回油钱
，算下来比店里没便宜多少，但是organic,No antibiotics and hormones，加上传统
方法宰杀，味道鲜美无比，吃了以后就再也吃不下店里的肉。
遗憾的是海产品还只能在店里买。如果我住得靠海就好了，我用废瓶子都有办法钓上鱼
虾。蔬菜也只能在店里买，因为我住的小区不让种菜。我已经和本地一个小教堂联系，
明年开始我义务替他们打理landscape,条件是教堂停车场旁边的那小块空地我可以用来
种菜。他们已经原则同意，同时希望我能入教，我婉拒了，但是答应他们我种出的菜捐
一半给教堂。
希望大家也都到农场买肉。绿色，健康，美味，把钱让辛苦朴实的农民赚，坚决不要让

简单来讲，就是AMR可能比多数人想象的都严重且严峻的多。
另外简单指出几点你的误区。畜用抗生素和人用抗生素是严格分开的，混用是犯罪要坐
牢的，以前国内就查处过一些把人用抗生素卖给农户的，这个在西方比较少。另外，中
国滥用抗生素确实比美国更厉害，AMR也比美国更严重。再有，抗生素（antibiotic）
和消炎药（anti-inflammatory）根本不是一种东西，两者无论机理和作用对象都毫不
相同，你首先要明白哪个才会产生AMR。最后，当你的药无效了的时候，感染就会让你
死，就这么简单，跟抗生素没有广泛使用之前一样。 |

病人应该有买到这些药的权力。
最简单的例子, 比如到温热海水玩可能划伤后感染食肉菌, 我如果划伤了有这类药直接
抹, 根本不管是否感染了。问题没有, 一般等几天好了。可是真万一感染, 而没有迅速
诊断, 大概就没命或截肢了.
这一个理由我就认为不应该由医生控制了。。。。更何况医院里面黑心医生干坏事比比
皆是

生经验也很丰富。你看看多年报道，superbug到底有多少？没几例。医院自由一套
antibiotic stewardship规划一个治疗感染的大体流程，这就足够了，没必要在具体病
例上顾虑太多。社区产生的抗药性比医院还要轻几个数量级。 |
