中国以前我常用红花油，防烫伤。
在美国，如果不是特别大的话，cvs 有防感染叫 antibiotic&painrelief 的东西，
可以防止感染，有painrelief 功能，说明书上写着可以用于serious burns 。
我现在一般割伤烫伤不是那么大的伤口的话，自己清洗后都用着东西，效果非常好，
减痛效果非常明显。
这个东西antibiotic&painrelief 在first aid 区，很容易找到。
如果泡很大的话，建议还是去看急诊。 |

and later got infected, which may result in root canal of two teeth. I am

rapid strep test in the clinic. The problems of not going to a clinic are
the following:
1. If you don't have a strep throat, most likely you don't need to take
antibiotics.
2. Erythromycin is an OK antibiotics for strep throat. But if you don't
have allergy to penicillin, erythromycin is not the first line treatment.
3. There is a risk of paratonsilar abscess, which can be an emergency. |

I agree with you that antibiotics is often not needed for diarrhea. It is a
old practice to give patients antibiotics when they present with diarrhea.
Actually fluoquinolone is extremely widely used for diarrhea in China. 诺
氟沙星 is a common medicine in the family drug box.
However, I don't think you should sue your doctor, simply because you don't
have a chance. This is not a case of doctor negligence, but rather a rare
case of adverse effect.
