发帖数: 728 | 4 我这个毛病有一年了。看了仨医生，最后结论是，不是大毛病，但也不好治愈。
基本症状是，每天都有几次随机的咳嗽，很多诱因，主要是食物（尤其是辣的，甜的）
，冷空气什么的。有时候身体保持一个状态突然扭动一下也会咳嗽几下。倒也不严重，
最多也就是咽喉有一丁点算不上痰的淡白色液体咳出来。过去在国内时，咳得很了就吃
antibiotic，很快就能完全压下去。在美国医生不主张随便吃antibiotic，我也觉得吃
多了以后真要用的时候就不起作用了。这回咳嗽挨了大半年了，既没加重，但也不能完
全自己康复。去医院先后看了三个医生，第一个年青医生怀疑是asthma（哮喘），给开
了inhalor。这玩意治标不治本。第二个医生是个门诊的chair，靠谱多了，让做了
blood test和pulmonary function test，都没问题。但马上退休了就让第三个少壮医
生（新chair）接着治。做了第二次blood test并且在我要求下做了X-ray，还是一切正
常。于是他怀疑是胃里reflux导致酸液刺激呼吸道导致频繁随机地咳嗽。让我吃了

Take with food. Your family need to be examined to. It does cross-infect
among different family member. If I were you, I would have who family
checked and treated together. If still cannot eradicate, then do a EGD.

了十天。 可是这次药一停又是耳朵疼，但是没有上次那么严重。 我们不敢掉以轻心，
立马又带他去医院，换了个儿医看的，当时说这次一边耳朵好的没有发炎，但是另一边
耳朵里面外耳有液体，然后开了个滴耳液，一天三次。
可用滴耳液后，早上醒来，发现他眼屎突然多了。当天送他去daycare回来后，发现眼
屎更多，而且右边眼睛红了。一晚过后（今天早上），眼睛都被耳屎糊住了的感觉。
我赶紧约了儿医，这次看的我们平时的儿童医生。她检查了宝宝的耳朵，然后说情况很
糟，上次见的那个儿医是误诊。还是以前的中耳炎。然后由于我们已经用过了所有的口
服antibiotic，只能给他antibiotic 的针了。要打三次。如果这个针没有效果。就只

。如果几个月吃下来无效，那么说明耳膜后的细菌已经形成保护膜，antibiotics不管
用了。那么需要插tube手术。这个手术也是ENT给做的。所以建议去看ENT，不要拖

个，等看完一个再决定是否cancel第二个。约的时候把症状说得重一些，比如发烧，影
响睡觉等。
2. CVS 或是 walgreen 有卖非处方的betadine（povidone-iodine）和antibiotics
ointment。先用betadine擦拭感染皮肤，等干燥后上antibiotics ointment。但是不确
定有多大用处。建议家庭常备类似药物，一旦有小问题及时处理。

38w，羊水变成32cm了，内检一点都没开指，还好的是宫高还和周数吻合
39w，羊水彪到44cm，宫高变成43.ob都没给内检，让我马上回家拿产包，去医院催。因为和lg两地，孕期一直比较顺利，本来订的机票是第二天晚上到家。就问ob可不可以拖到第三天，ob说不行。连第二天都不行，一定要马上就去医院。身边只有不会说英语的妈妈，急死我了。还担心这么早去催，lg赶不上bb出生。急得立马就在ob面前哭了。Ob说一定要马上去，他也不知道为什么羊水这么多，担心羊水这么多对bb不好，或者这么多羊水突然破了，有可能把脐带先冲出来，bb就会有危险。
出了ob的门，马上给lg打电话，订当天的机票。但还是要第二天早上5点才能到，等他到医院都要7点了。

But you are right to send you son to see the doctor, because we have to make
sure if the root cause is virus or infection. If it is the former, you just
give him 泰诺 every 5-6 hours for his fever. But if the latter, they will

For antibiotics, the best is oral, then muscle injection, the worst is 输液.

for reflux, since the procedure is invasive, and the material used for X-Ray
is controversial.
We discussed with our ped multiple times, the major concern of her is that
my son's base temp is around 100.2. After reading some papers, we decide
that we are not going to put him on low dose antibiotics even if he had
degree 4 reflux, as a preventive measure. We will just be watching him more

TYLENOL。 过了下温度降了下来到97.7， 8点测升到99， 9点测103，马上送到
EMERGENCY。 医生开始插尿管，抽血，上IV。可怜宝宝才2个多月，抽什么都不顺利，
每个都搞了10多次，宝宝哭得都没有声音了。转到医院后，尿测出来了，URINE
INFECTION， 还在等血检查结果， 如果不正常，还要抽脊柱液检查。明天ULTRASOUND
看器官正常不。
生娃的时候受了点苦，以为那就是很痛苦的事情了，其实，那才是个开始而已。接下来
还有那么都担心的事情。
医生一直说，我及时送EMERGENCY是非常正确的事情。希望所有宝宝们都健康，万一发
烧，也要及时送医院。
求大家祝福宝宝血检查正常，快点好起来。
尿检最后结果要2天才能出来，知道是什么菌引起的才能给专门的ANTIBIOTICS， 现在
是IV 给普通的ANTIBIOTICS。 宝宝这中间要一直在医院， 我估计没有空来了。包子我

之后几个星期差不多每3，4天就有一次false alarm，每次2个多小时我都快准备去医院
了宫缩又拉长了。
预产4天前内检开4指，efface 80%，预约吉日8/28 induce
顺便交待一下我的产包：内裤一条，睡裤一条，袜子一双，上衣和裤子是入院就穿的不
带新的。特别推荐大家带眼罩。我医院一定要dim light，有了眼罩好睡觉。还有必备
的nursing pillow,可以喂奶，也可以做自己的枕头或靠背。摄像机，照相机。
camelbak水杯，牙刷，牙膏，梳子。我直接穿的nursing tank去医院，方便喂奶。
宝宝用的我一件都没有带，出院当天让老公拿。
我在27号晚上11点去医院，打GBS的antibiotic 凌晨4点上第二剂antibiotic护士加催
产素。
8点内检才5指......催产就是慢阿......
催产素加量,9点开始有疼痛感的宫缩，9点半疼得哆嗦了，内检6指，要了1个小时的镇
痛,人开始昏昏沉沉，一点力也没有。宫缩时还是很疼很疼，但是人意志很模糊又没有

宝宝出生时可以自己呼吸，但NICU怕宝宝累所以当晚给了breathing tube帮BB呼吸。 我出院当天就给换了个小型的breathing support tube。
老公今天带了我pump的奶给BB，说宝宝又被换了大的breathing tube， nurse说宝宝自己呼吸累了有时会忘记呼吸 （preemie 常见）， 还给吊多一个caffine的点滴，帮助提醒大脑要记的呼吸=( 摆IV的spot还由脚换到手上， 又多了几个bandaid 的地方， 听了真心疼。 可喜的是BB的奶量又加了， 由9CC 变成18/20CC。 希望宝宝要乖乖，健康成长，快点可以回家。 妈妈决定过几天去看你，等不了做完月子了。 求祝福！

发帖数: 1026 | 45 我儿子小时候也是这样,主要粑粑太多,几分钟一次,放个屁也带出来,所以肛门周围一直
是湿的.后来只要我醒着就给他晾屁股，及时清理，他睡觉的时候我就把他翻趴下，让
太阳晒着小屁屁，然后大家都睡觉时就用antibiotic的药膏和小蜜蜂的尿布膏(burt's
bee)一起涂上，antibiotic薄薄一层就好，小蜜蜂涂厚一点，主要是隔水的，这样几管
齐下，慢慢好了。其实最后好起来的主要原因还是他的粑粑没那么频繁了，在这之前，
只能保持不恶化，往往白天见好，过一夜就又不好了。 |

the antibiotics is safe during pregnancy.

9/18 fever around 102 highest. No action taken
9/19 fever around 102. Motrin 5ml was given to control the fever
9/20 fever around 102 during the day. Took him to see pediatric . No ear/
throat infections. Lungs sound fine. Motrin was given to control fever.
9/21 at 1am, temp 105 and body was shaking. Tylenol was given. After 1hr,
temp went down to 101. Took him to see pediatric again in the morning, no

发帖数: 87 | 49 宝宝快一岁半了。上Daycare三个月来，几乎一直处于生病状态。
当然不是每天都病，而是病一阵、吃药恢复，停药几天到一周后，又再度生病。这不，上
周二停药，开心了几天，周末又开始不舒服了，昨天几乎整夜fussy没睡。咳嗽、流鼻涕
、抓耳朵，不象cold，琢磨着还是ear infection.
精神状态呢，倒是一直很好。每次生病也就最初一两天最难受的时候会犯蔫、其他时候都
整天乐呵呵的、好玩、好动、精力充沛。
宝宝主要是持续的ear infection、cough、running nose，最严重的肺炎住院一次，此外
stomach flue一次。期间服用了各种不同的antibiotic。
马上又要带宝宝去医院了，估计医生还是得开antibiotic。我在考虑是不是应该让宝宝自
己抗过去，而不是一病就吃药？（我自己生病一贯不喜吃药，都是狂喝水抗过来的）。
不给药吧，怕宝宝太吃苦，而且怕有什么不良影响。
可如果真是有抗药性了，那就更糟。
我犹豫极了，觉得医生的话不可不信、亦不可全信。可毕竟自己有没有医学背景，不敢轻
易做决定。大家有什么好建议吗？

Did your baby take some antibiotics BEFORE the "c difficile 感染引起的肠炎"?
Metronidazole is supposed to be the right one treat c difficile .
If recurrent, Dr. might give you Vancomycin.
Suggest eating Yogurt when taking any antibiotics. |
