顺求防瞌睡良策。
昨天上班开会时，实在是太困了，竟然头点着点着的睡着了！没有趴在桌上。前后可能
有5，6分钟。昨天是有同事做presentation, 刚开始开会的时候，我还比较集中精力，
还问问题的，后来不知道怎么就fall asleep了。开完会，有好心同事提醒了我，真是
太尴尬了！从宝宝出生到现在，从来没连续睡超过3个小时，实在是是太困了。
我不爱喝咖啡，茶，好像母乳期间也要避免咖啡因。有什么别的办法，能让我在开会时
不打瞌睡么？多谢了！ |

were separated into two cribs in their own room. If your twins need share a
room in the future, then let them start sharing early. It is okay to wake up
each other. My girls are almost 2 now and they talk before they fall asleep
and when they wake up in the morning. If they don't need share a room, it
is another story then. I have a friend whose twins are 4 now and still have
to sleep in different rooms. |

I agree with the above posting. Building a routine first and stick to it.
For example, have dinner at 6pm, and give bath at 6:30, and put to bed at
7pm. Try to let her fall asleep. When she wakes up at night, don't approach
her right away. Wait for some time (such as 15 minutes first time waking up,
30 minutes second time, ...) before responding. Stick to the routine until
she can sleep from 7pm to 7am. |

你怎么不说我天天喂奶，泵奶呢？ 你每天换尿布的时间加起来，有没有给她喂奶，泵
奶，洗奶瓶的时间多？ 当然这也没什么，我当妈的，都是应该的。
生小孩之后的几个月里，我的手腕都很疼，手指一度疼得无法伸直。连一个奶瓶都抓不
住，更别提给她换尿布，我根本抓不住她。给她喂奶的时候，也必须用Glider，用
nrusing pillow。我就是连把宝宝从一边换到另一边喂奶，都抱不住她，手腕的疼的直
哭，手指疼得根本伸不直。

Sucking is hard so sometimes babies fall asleep during it, it doesn't mean
that he's full. Suggest that you try to feed him formula and if he takes it

do is to find it and appreciate it.
其实我们家的教育一直是以孩子兴趣为主,家长引导为附.蜻蜓学什么都很快,但对于会
了的东西兴趣消失得也很快(比如认字啊,数数啊,背唐诗啊etc.), 过一段时间后也就忘
得差不多了.我们也就随他,不会逼她更上一层楼 (教的时候也是for fun). 我注重的是
她的学习能力, 而不是她会了多少. 我觉得性格的培养比知识的培养要重要的多,也难
的多.我希望蜻蜓是个快乐宝宝,远比天才宝宝更重要.

baby 3-6 month-old at night. The baby, once awaken, would grab the bottle

I have a two year old daughter, she turned two a month ago. I just moved her
out of crib and into a twin size bed.
Life is a lot easier now. I usually read her a bed time story and turn off
the light, she will fall asleep by herself.
My older daughter used toddler bed when she just moved out of crib, I don't
recommend. That bed is the same size as crib. She used it less than one year
and wanted a real bed. |

once they fall asleep, you can be more efficient doing other things. He
sleeps early, you have more time AFTER he sleeps now to finish all
essentials. Of course, daddy needs to be involved to take care half of the

log onto internet every night anyways. |

difficulty concentrating in class and I even fell asleep during final exams.
I ranked 61 and there were only 63 students in my class, the two students
behind me were also relatively young compared to our classmates if I
remember correctly. I had to spend 4 years in middle school and during the
4th year, I started to catch up and was able to get into a good highschool.
At young age, even one year makes huge difference. |
