t eat enough before he falls asleep. Try to wake him up to feed more for one
feeding. It may take 30-45 minutes to finish a feeding for his age. |

never really try to stop him except telling him not to. He only does it when
he is really bore or before falling asleep tho...was hoping when he gets a
little older he will understand and stop by himself. But if you learn a way

之后几个星期差不多每3，4天就有一次false alarm，每次2个多小时我都快准备去医院
了宫缩又拉长了。
预产4天前内检开4指，efface 80%，预约吉日8/28 induce
顺便交待一下我的产包：内裤一条，睡裤一条，袜子一双，上衣和裤子是入院就穿的不
带新的。特别推荐大家带眼罩。我医院一定要dim light，有了眼罩好睡觉。还有必备
的nursing pillow,可以喂奶，也可以做自己的枕头或靠背。摄像机，照相机。
camelbak水杯，牙刷，牙膏，梳子。我直接穿的nursing tank去医院，方便喂奶。
宝宝用的我一件都没有带，出院当天让老公拿。
我在27号晚上11点去医院，打GBS的antibiotic 凌晨4点上第二剂antibiotic护士加催
产素。
8点内检才5指......催产就是慢阿......
催产素加量,9点开始有疼痛感的宫缩，9点半疼得哆嗦了，内检6指，要了1个小时的镇
痛,人开始昏昏沉沉，一点力也没有。宫缩时还是很疼很疼，但是人意志很模糊又没有

daycare, she sleeps a little bit too little. My boy always takes about 2-3
naps in daycare, each is about 1-1.5 hours long (He is in daycare from 8:30-
5:00).
When your daughter wakes up in the middle of the night, does she actually
cry? Or she is just "ee...arrrrr" talking"? If she doesn't cry, just let her
talk a little, don't rush to care for her, she would eventually fall asleep.

train，孩子还是overtired，调整到醒一个半小时就放下去就好了，所以还是以那个
做参考，要观察自家孩子。HEALTHY SLEEP HABIT, HAPPY CHILD很有收获，值得一读。

will need to get up around 3:30am for feeding and then will wake up around
9am.
If last feed at 9:30pm and sleep at 10pm then will need to feed around 4:
30am (best one is until 6:30am)and then sleep until 9am =P

small babies, they don't have control over their limbs at such age.
even a slight jerky movement will wake them up. sleep quality is very
important.
babies might seem to 'fight' you while being swaddled, but it could be just
the process that they dislike. Or perhaps, even without being swaddled they
will fight anyway to fall asleep. try again and see if your baby will settle
after awhile being swaddled.

I remember we have to feed the baby every 2-3 hours, 2 oz each time. So he
could have at least 16-24oz every day.
Yes, we feed him for about half an hour, and then he is very fussy, we need
to hold him for about 30-40 minutes until he falls asleep and then change
diaper with some accidents, take another 20-30 minutes. Then you take a

homeopathic product yesterday. Of course daily anti-histamine. Two puffs
Proair before bedtime. She cough really bad after an hour of sleep. The
cough didnt go away in two hours till she throw out her food and some thick
mucus. I gave her another dose of Proair close to 4 hours from the first
dose. Still some cough but eventually everyone fell asleep.
Today she is much better, so I think the congeation due to mucus is the key! |

doctor (white women) told us no sleep training until 6 months old. Actually
we did not do it eventually. He cries extremely loudly at night if we do not
want to feed him (even more chunky than your boy), so you can imagine how

sleep. We need to strictly control his sleeping hours during the day time to
less than 3 hours. Otherwise, he'll get up at 2~3:00am and can hardly get
asleep again unless after playing for 1 to 2 hours. However, my boy is 10
months old...
Maybe you can try to introduce more activities during the day time, such as
extending the tummy time or encourage him/her to roll over more etc. |

exercise. You will fall asleep quickly. Though you wake up 2-3 hours

一吃，每次吃个4.5oz，有时候吃不完。现在拉长喂奶时间了，也就吃个5，偶尔5.5oz
。想给MM说下我娃作息时间，看有啥需要调整的，麻烦MM了，有空的时候回复我呗。
我娃5个月，现在基本上是8-8作息时间。clb的7-7实在太早了，这样娃爸晚上下班都没
法跟娃互动了。
早8点----起床，
8点30-----吃奶，大约4.5-5oz；
10-11点（或者11：30）morning nap，（这个nap的时候我没按照clb所说的控制在45分
钟左右，因为我娃以前是cat napper，一个nap也就30-40分钟，当时我很头疼，最近两
周有转好的迹象，我也就随他了，但最多也就1.5个小时）
12：15左右---吃奶，大约5oz
下午 1：30-2：30左右，afternoon nap
下午4：00 吃奶 大约5oz
下午5：00左右，early evening nap 控制在15-20分钟（这觉不睡就fussy）
晚7点40左右 吃奶，5oz

This might take weeks or even months. The more regular her sleep schedule is
, the easier she will be trained and less cry will be involved. If she
sleeps at 2am, that means her naps are not regularized, you need to work on
the naps as well.
Crying will be involved in any circumstances if you want to change. But try
to limit it by doing it step by step if you are not a working mom and if you

I will give you some suggestions:
1. after she wakes up after 30mins of falling asleep, try not to pick her up
and offer her pacifier to soothe her. This waking-up can be considered as
arousal. If you pick her up then, it will lead to night waking problem
eventually. My baby had the same issue, I picked her up and nursed her.
