凌晨4：25. 正是熟睡的时候。
屋里三个好人
两个持枪坏人入室
枪击了一个好人(A1)脸部，A1跑到厕所锁上厕所，大喊中枪
好人（A2）拿起枪，碰到了坏人（B1）。B1和A2的互相用枪对着对方。A2射击，B1被击
中。
B1大喊好人有枪，坏人（B2）跑了。
好人（A3）冲到厕所，撞开厕所帮助A1
B1挣扎着逃跑。
A2打911
B1在草坪上撑不住了，倒下。
B1，的第三项罪名是POSSESSION OF WEAPON: OR AMMO BY CONVICTED FLA FELON
此人是前科重犯罪犯，不应该有枪和子弹的。这就是坏人怎么也能搞到黑枪的具体例子。

dont worry
i think the reason they cry so angry because they are sleepy but couldnt
fall asleep, same reason that you are pissed. :)
either they have growing spur and feel hungry, but at night, they are too
sleepy to eat or drink, and not drinking or eating prevent them fall asleep,
and then they feel more tired, so it is a bad circle, and they are very
angry...
i suggest you give them food regularly, even if they dont eat, make them

么意思，老师说很有用（尤其是大的daycare，会有不同的老师，你不可能跟所有老师
说清楚），后来进来的父母都照着写，墙都贴满了，呵呵。你可以考虑写一下，到时候
老师有个guide不会抓瞎。（这本来是个word document,关键词用不同颜色，字体也可
以调整）

We tried really hard to stimulate him in the morning and drag it until noon

noon he also doesn't eat very well, sometimes, he falls asleep during

刚看到一个部分是关于训练孩子睡眠的。
简单说
一般是从四个月开始，但他们发现其实从两个月开始更加有效。这时间训练孩子独立睡
眠只需要三天。
晚上喂饱孩子时候把孩子扔床上，然后离开不要再打搅孩子，第二天早上再来看孩子。
孩子大概第一天和第二天会哭的比较厉害，第三天第四天就没事了。
具体文章参见下面。因为我对这便不熟悉，觉得有点夸张。他们说的是否真的这么简单
有效。当然，我逻辑上同意他们的说法，越早训练，孩子依赖性越容易摆脱，有可能事
半功倍。但不知道大家看法如何？

1. Try reading books (calming ones, not those really exciting ones) before
bed for 15 min or so. I have tried stories where the characters themselves
go to sleep at the end of the story (really helps put the children into
sleeping mode, :-) ).
2. Try back-rubbing and relaxation with your daughter. Just ask her to close
her eyes and imagine that she is at a beautiful place and sees things that
she likes (e.g., blue sky, white clouds, waterfalls, green trees and leaves,
etc.).

It doesn't really take long for her to fall asleep, since she is usually
quite tired and we also read books.
But parents have to be in the room before she falls asleep. Of course she
often need parents' accompany after waking up during the mid of night...
Still working on it. But we may just need to talk to her to overcome it I

If you wake up easily, you can try to play all night. But normally you just
let it play an hour or so to help you fall asleep easily.
Yes for ear plugs you will clearly hear your own breath. I used those too
myself and just try to listen to it and as you focus on it, nothing else,
you will fall asleep. But it does make your ears painful after a few hours.
In my case, I had to use it for a few weeks before I could not handle the
pain anymore. Even, I still use it once a while.
