【侨报纽约网报道】中国版的Shake Shack要进军美国市场了。
据CNBC报道，一家北京起家的山姆大叔汉堡店（Uncle Sam's）计划在5月18日于纽
约曼哈顿第五大道307号帝国大厦的街边开一家餐馆，并打算与风靡全美的着名快餐店
Shake Shack竞争。
据悉，这是山姆大叔汉堡店在美国开的第一家分店，而其的在北京则有两家非常火
爆的店面。该店的菜单则是由以获奖厨师詹姆斯·比尔德（James Beard）为首的团队
制作的。汉堡的售价将在$6美元至$15美元之间。
这份中西合璧的菜单中包括了韩国口味的K-Town汉堡，里面有排骨牛肉、泡菜、发
酵黑豆；还有和北京脆皮鸡三明治（Beijing chicken sandwich），里面有黄瓜片、海
鲜酱、芝麻；以及888汉堡，配有猪肉-虾肉饼、加拿大培根、叉烧腊肉、香辣豆豉酱。

买账。美国人对其它国家的烹调指手画脚，早就被骂成“饮食帝国主义”了。让泰国人
来评，恐怕就没有那么神气。
单说菜的话，个人觉得性价比不错，但是要说全美最好的20家之一，还是有点拔高。最
受不了的是不能预约，随时去都要排长队 |

桂圆。
受百佳冲击最大的应该是这两家小超市，太近了。
富康的榴莲和大菠萝蜜等南方的水果是它的强项，白人的水果哪有东南亚的好吃啊。

年第一栋98万卖，第二栋103万卖，第三栋105万卖、第四栋109万卖、第五栋114万卖。
还有正在PENDING 。。。
BROOKVALE跟WARWICK分数接近，但BROOKVALE学校小，WARWICK学校大。但当地居民都还
评价不错。这两所小学的所辖区域相对ARDENWOOD去中学、高中会方便不少（距离近）
。还有一所小学OLIVERA也不错，接近900分。
PATTERSON小学分数差一些，但这几年搬进来的亚裔也不少，所以应该是越来越好的。
FREMONT BLVD夹BEARD RD那儿一点点在修新房子，说是四月会出MODEL HOME，但现在还
是大工地。户型是三层的TOWNHOME 和 SINGLE FAMILY HOME，LOT很小就是了，价格起
码80万。
BROOKVALE的湖区最好，其他也还不错。PATTERSON离880或FREMONT BLVD比较近，得挑
靠里一点的房子。现在也不便宜了，再小的都80万往上了。

发帖数: 121 | 50 楼主这个房子位置不错，在小路靠近尽头，很安静安全。离周围的小公园也近，散个步
挺好的。而且每天都有推娃的家长去social.
走路有lucky超市、精算子，beard papa 泡芙等一些吃的，走路好可以到附近的一家亚
洲超市（跟泡芙同一家plaza)。开车去marina、狮子城华人超市都很近，生活挺方便的
。而且这房子院子那么大，很不错。隔一条大街靠近680那边院子就多半只有4000尺左
右的lot了。
那一片气味在milpitas算最小的，基本上整个Milpitas, north San jose甚至Santa
clara, 南fremont都能闻到臭味的时候，这里也闻得到。
邻居素质比较高，我有几个华人客户都在那里住，有google的，雅虎的, mountain
view startup的。族裔来说，印度人、华人增加不少，以前的老莫老越都慢慢搬走了。
我问过我以前的客户，他们都还蛮喜欢的，住了好几年也没想着换房啥的。那边有小小
孩的家庭不少，playdate也方便。
价格涨得蛮厉害的。而且最近north San jose利好消息不错，辐射到这边，看重学习特
