刚才审阅啊三的稿件，第一次我的建议 是拒，梅想到编辑换让二审，做miRNA的，证明
一个miRNA target 一个基因，就作了Western Blotting, RT-PCR，没有做功能研究，
数据也太少了.
态度坚决，再次，明确指出，拒，不要给出再修改的机会。
如果是一个中国人或老每，我可能就让过了。可是中国人或老每也不会把这点数据旧拉
来发表呀。

德国schott的试剂瓶，大中小买全套，500mL的拿来喝茶，2L的插花，100mL
以下的是佐料瓶，密封好，定量超准，还耐热冲击（这点是我最欣赏的，非常精准的工
艺。国产玻璃器皿，热冲击很容易就爆裂，拿去灭菌，十个有八个拿出来是碎的。）玻
璃的觉得重，还可以用硅化塑料的，防水不吸附，不用刷子也能洗干净。
METTLER TOLEDO的电子天平，称佐料的。Eppendorf的移液枪，Axygen的吸头
，当然是炒菜时用来加酱油和料酒的，用汤勺多不准阿，还容易撒出来。洗碗，安利洗

男朋友在国内，我是生物博士在读，离的远所以经常有矛盾。
我课程读完了，现在做实验，可是今年实验不顺，总做不出来，搞不好要换方向，老板
就我们俩学生，这个课题今年就没钱了，系里给了一万维持，希望拿到好的数据明年可
以申请到钱，所以老板天天跟在后边逼着，一天十几个小时在实验室，结果出不来还要
看老板的脸色，真的是要崩溃了。
男朋友对我很好，可是也是非常需要关注的一个人。就说这次十一假期他去了俄罗斯旅
游，那里上网不方便，他总是想法上网和我说几句话。最后两天他又坐火车又飞机的所
以他说没有机会上网了，我告诉他好好玩，回国再说。因为我自己在做western blot，
花1000刀买的10个一抗好像都做不出来，找不出原因搞的头大，所以也就没多关注他，

保佑他们，凡是违法的上帝都要惩罚。但是上帝在惩罚罪人时并不好受。
