发帖数: 2561 | 3 tune啊，就是刷车载电脑啦。就像电脑刷bios一样。通过调整车载电脑的控制参数获得
一定的性能提升。原厂设定的参数由于为了满足油耗的要求或者是适应更广泛的工作条
件（比如热带地区和寒冷地区的要求就不完全一样，低海拔和高海拔也不一样等等）都
比较保守。而第三方的tune就激进一些。具体到野马，tune过之后车子的油门响应会比
较快，尤其是对自动档来说。功率和扭矩也有一定提高，但对我来说油门响应最重要。
CAI就是cold air intake。以前在非电控时代，这个可以稍微增加发动机进气量，从而
增加一些马力。但是在电控情况下，由于进气温度传感器的存在车载电脑可以实时感知
进气量并相应调整喷油量。而且新野马原厂出来好像已经是CAI了。有人说CAI可以增加
2-3马力，有人说没区别，就是个心理满足。嘿嘿。
我所看过哦的测试，都是CAI+tune的，没有人单独对CAI做过对比测试。。。。
所以tune我是一定上的，CAI嘛，就可有可无了。 |

对于律师我有发言权，是用自己的经历加精力加金钱攒起来。
我I-140是第一次送是另外一个律师，被RFE.只好找到Cai律师，他给我了一个很详细的
另一同学被同一IO RFE（#1027）后经他手，批准的。我看后立马觉得我得用Cai律师。
Cai律师准备很迅速，沟通极其耐心，他写的稿，让我改的时候，我有时把有用无用的
东西往上添，他会指出啥是不必要的，咐是可以添进去了。

RFE： 文章太老，第一作者文章太少，第一作者的文章引用太少，研究发文年不连续，
有空缺年。职位是postdoc，何德何能与推荐人相提并论，研究年数比推荐人相比是菜

结论从来没有见过如此detail的RFE.

改的信也不会有什麽让人吐血的语法错误 律师如此多
何必老找板上的老中律师 Cai or Chen 或是 Liu?
他们那个英文，说实话，和咱一个坑里刨出来的，半斤八两。
俺朋友就用过Cai，律所除了Cai本人 其它全是老中小助理 连律师都不是
送件被RFE，手下老中小助理写的信超烂全都不能用，
後来自已多写了好几封信 连RFE letter都干脆火了自已干
而且Cai跟手下助理讲的有时还会有自相矛盾的情形，
这明显跟版上一面倒的推荐文实在不太相符，估计板上
至少有一些都是他律所自已的助理马甲ID上来发文，而且科研领域几百种
Cai律所的助理其实都是念生化领域，估计其它专业也不会懂，
移民官也不是科学家，如果律师能懂你的研究移民官也一定能懂你的研究，
但是如果你送来的申请里面就一堆破英文和语法错误，
你觉得移民官看了能不给你RFE吗?
俺本来也是想DIY 後来英文实在写不出来 工作忙没什麽时间
後来找了我朋友用的这边当地的老美律师 把之前DIY写好的几封信语法
改超好 省去我不少修改的时间

整个过程终于结束了，最后觉得最感谢的还是Cai律师！从签合同的五月中旬到昨天接
到律师电话通知approve一共一个半月，整个过程中Cai律师对我的case一直非常的认真
负责并且迅速的跟进，无论的是电话或者邮件都非常及时回复，对我的疑问和顾虑也一
再耐心的解释。包括和公司HR的沟通，Cai律师也非常积极和专业。Cai律师写推荐信也
非常迅速专业，我看到后心里就俩字#完美#（请自行配上金星老师的手势~~~）然后就

响因子0.5-7。两破期刊editor，一个新期刊associate editor。国内本硕，美国博士。
Timeline:
2014年底，那时引用只有50+，文章20，联系律师想走eb1a，基本被各大律师秒拒，认
为只有niw的可能，个别认为niw还是fair，备受打击。只有mangmang cai仔细分析，对
比他自己的情况，觉得可以上eb1a。于是签约卖身。
拖到今年6月，期间cai律师催了几回。自己觉得引用太低，都不好意思出来打招呼。怒
搞引用。6月底，引用过百，联系推荐人，1美国，1中国，1印度，都引过自己文章。另
外两个是前Phd老板及现在老板。除了现在老板带title，无大牛推荐人。
期间由于缺乏信心，基本不关注和cai律师的共享dropbox，导致律师推荐信写好一个月
后，才发现。8月份搞定所有推荐信。

他是生物博士，后来又读的JD 博士，生物化学方面的背景非常强，这对于我这样的化
学博士申请来说，非常有帮助。我跟他签了approve or refund协议之后，大概两个星
期按照律师要求写完research summary。找到推荐人之后，他10天写完6封推荐信，10
天写完PL，写的都非常好

发帖数: 739 | 29 想申请EB1A,根据版上各位大大的推荐,给Liu,Zhang,Cai和Chen 4个律师发了我的情况
求评估.
4个律师都给了回复表示愿意接这个case,而且都说has a very good chance of
approval.
比较了一下费用,Liu和Zhang收费稍高,高个几百刀,倒也不是太多,但是好像不帮写推荐
信.
Cai和Chen费用稍低,而且帮忙写推荐信.而且他们都提供了保证,如果被deny了那就全额
退款.而且从给我的回复看,他们两家是看我的case看得最认真的,给了一些很中肯的建
议.所以我个人比较倾向于这两家.Cai律师本身是engineering出身,所以可能更了解我
们engineering的情况.
请问各位大牛对EB1-A的律师选择有什么建议吗?有没有人和Cai律师还有Chen律师合作
过啊?

审稿50+，会议期刊都有。
推荐信6封，5封独立。附带讨一个独立审稿杂志编辑的一页纸推荐信。
小公司，人数比较少，稍微有点虚，citation最多的是一个打酱油文章，一作引用量一
般。
找Cai律师做的材料，推荐信的模板都是都是蔡律师做的。内容我和推荐人都做了不少
修改，毕竟自己的东西还是自己更加熟悉。刚开始做的时候心里没啥谱，材料做着做着
就越来越有信心了。Cai律师电邮回复效率很高，一般当天或者隔天肯定会回复。我中
间因为有急事电话时候忘记时差，Cai律师那边已经过了半夜已经休息了，也耐心的给
了我回复。快30页的Petition letter基本一稿下来就没有改，我稍微看了下就定稿了。
从开始准备到递上去差不多3个多月的时间，期间主要是有一位推荐人赶着写grant所以
拖了3周多，再加上年底时候各种事情的耽误。其他时候基本效率都挺高。最后做出来

这件事情上表现出来的义气和胆量,是丑陋的中国人最缺乏的,是在象牙塔中的清华学子
最缺乏的.
当年我从高中入清华,最感到震撼的,不是别的,而是清华人人为己的自私嘴脸. 这是从
上到下的. 因为是学生干部,所以接触到很多不同级别的人,上至党委书记下至普通学生
,都是一样的自私. 有些学生还美其名曰: 自我发展. 我深深震撼之余, 以为这就是
中国知识界的文化精髓,值得学习,所以我也积极地自我发展到了国外,惭愧. 十余年后
的今天,看着窗外的不夜城,回顾当年的投毒案, 感慨万千. 浩瀚中华,还有几个如当年
小贝般的好男儿?

侦破朱令案的一个关键点就是，谁是那次“五一窃案”的主谋，因为主谋要么是真凶，
要么是帮凶。
关于五一窃案的一个重要线索就是，是谁向朱令宿舍的所谓“最大嫌疑人”通风报信了
朱令被确诊铊中毒。从下面孙维、吴向军所述材料可以判断出，是4月底吴向军来到朱
令宿舍告诉孙维等这个消息的。
然而在贝志诚的《现实不是童话》中，他藏匿起吴向军的这一重要举措，因为贝清楚把
这件事说出去的严重后果。然而，欲盖弥彰，正是从吴向军和贝志诚的话语比对中，让
我们发现了真相。
本来，是贝志诚和吴向军两个人一起来到清华，贝志诚却指派吴向军一人到朱令宿舍，
自己则没有任何理由离开了。这一点很蹊跷，有三种可能：一是贝临时有急事离开了；
二是贝曾经到过朱令宿舍，怕被认出；三是（假如）五一窃案是贝亲自做的，不愿意让

到数据上面大字写着的(C/D EST)么？CD的review有很多种，拿仪器实测的文章是有“
first test”字眼的那些title的。重新说一次：到目前为止 *没有任何一个杂志/媒体
* 有仪器测试的N55 135i DCT的实测报告（我自己的车子我难道不会去时刻关注有关它
的这方面的媒体测试？）
自然吸气发动机要加马力谈何容易？after market tunning小厂卖广告的数据你都敢信
？Dinan实测发现那些号称可以给上一代M5 V10加几十马力的kit，实际上都没有广告中
所称的效果，Dinan自己开发的high flow CAI加上software tune，顶多就给那个V10加
个20到25马力，并且已经是想尽了办法那样。不信的话你自己去改一改mustang 5.0 gt
，不加supercharger前提下看你最多能加多少马力。
我的135i不属于改装，因为那个是原厂提供的选项，就像你买车的时候可以选皮椅、导

2010年12月份：发现脐部肿物，去县医院查认为是炎症，让吃消炎药，无好转。2011年
3月份：在胸部右侧又起一个肿块，大小5*4cm，有压痛感。2011年5月16日在石家庄第
一人民医院查脐部肿物，做针吸病理，结论为：考虑为cai。2011年5月18日，省四院做
加强CT，查盆腔＋腹腔，未找到原发灶，针吸脐部和右胸壁部做病理，结论：考虑为
cai。2011年5月20日，到北京中国医学科学院肿瘤医院特需门诊看门诊，诊断结果考虑
为cai。
2012年10月24日，化疗，培美曲赛800mg＋顺铂，化疗后副反应强烈，疗效不明显，皮
下肿物发展加快。2012年12月25日，因胸闷，乏力，又住石家庄市第一人民医院，分别
做CT，胃镜，彩超等，又发现在原放疗部位的上部一点又出现肿物（右胸侧），心脏的
