身在南方，不吃炸鸡都很难。大部人对炸鸡的印象大概还是停留在肯德基的水平。我当
年也是，觉得炸鸡有什么好吃的，就是鸡裹了面粉放进油锅里而已。自从去了很多南方
的soul food restaurant才明白什么叫真正的炸鸡……其中有一家店的炸鸡，是第一次
让我知道什么叫真正的炸鸡，也是我到现在吃过最好吃的。

就拿前面的蛋糕含糖量的例子。军医要求画个马工 graph，看起来好像是 spatial
thinker，但是 chunking 成三个变量（包括 more vs less），这还是暴露了 verbal
thinker 的本质。
而 spatial thinker 最终 chunking 成两个变量，location vs order。
这里的 location 是 spatial 变量，是不是军医都一样。
这里的 order，军医 chunking 成两个变量 (cake type vs sugar) 的 "more vs less
"，但非军医最终 chunking 成一个变量叫 “order”，而 “order” 可以是一个单一
chunk 的 temporal 变量。
至于为啥 “order” 可以是一个单一 chunk 的 temporal 变量，这个小学问题下一贴

你们说的海绵蛋糕，到底是sponge cake，还是foam cake？
Sponge cake主要靠全蛋打发，并且加baking powder来是蛋糕更加蓬松，但是也有把蛋
黄和糖先打发，然后加面粉，然后把分开打发的蛋白搅进去的。全蛋打发的就是全蛋海绵，分
开的就是分蛋海绵。
Foam cake主要靠打发过程中把空气打进蛋白里来使蛋糕更加蓬松，而不是靠加入传统的奶油
(butter, oil, shortening)或者baking powder等。Chiffon cake（戚风蛋糕）和
Angel cake（天使蛋糕）是两种不同的foam cake。戚风蛋糕一般用普通的蛋糕模子（矮圆柱
型），做好了倒扣出来，外面抹上奶油层或者中间夹上夹馅层来增加味道。天使蛋糕的模子一般中间
是有一个柱状空管的，做好了之后倒扣过来，上面浇上糖浆、巧克力浆之类的来增加味道。分蛋的应
该也可以做天使蛋糕，两者在用料上并没有特别明显的差别，或者说，可以根据喜好自行进行调节。 |

ADD，但就是对于 neuro-typical 的人群而言，chunking 对于大脑保持 focus 非常重
要。因为人类大脑的自我保护机制，对于 scattered / un-comprehensible info，大
脑会自动放弃 focus，以免超频太多而烧毁。

这是一种文化侵略。以后英语世界无论月亮形状的蛋糕，有关于月亮的蛋糕，从月亮来
的蛋糕，用月亮做成的蛋糕，坐登月火箭时吃的蛋糕都不能再叫Moon Cake了。Moon
Cake专指中国月饼了。如此简单美丽的英语单词组合。犹如域名抢注。
嘿嘿。。。如果是Chinese Moon Cake, 那么这个域名就逊色不少。
鼓励大家把这样简单的英语单词组合慢慢都变成特指来自中国的东西。前提是前面不用
加Chinese 。。。，人家就知道是专指某件中国的东西。
庆幸Pizza在中国不叫大饼。否则大饼油条都得让位了。。。

Cafe就有wifi"，或者你说”这些房间外面看起来一个个的，里面都是all connected
with one another“， 或者学术上你要说的那些terminology你一时想不起来中文怎么
讲，为了讲话快就是直接说了，难道还要刻意翻译成中文？
有些人喜欢喝茶，有些人喜欢喝咖啡。像我跟我老公就是一个爱茶一个爱咖啡，家里是
茶叶和咖啡豆同存。压根就没想到谁比谁有优越感。
我回国还会因为想念cheese cake，跑去吃cheese cake，结果发现国内的人都把吃
cheese cake这种事当做小资来炫耀，而且价格超贵。真不能理解。但你不能因为我去
吃cheese cake就说我在装逼吧，你怎么知道我是不是真的就很爱cheese cake的味道呢？
只有曾经自己靠这些东西装逼过的人，才会觉得别人这样做也是装逼。 |

products he want to carry, not the customers, and to not carry wedding cakes
with two male minifigures on top violate no law. And for that matter, to
not carry any tpye of cake or design of cakes violate no law. It is totally
different than not to sell wedding cakes (such as wedding cake with no
minifigures if he carries such design) at all to gay couples. |

接受妇女杂志采伐时，提到广东人喜欢给新生儿喂这种似乎叫白饼的东西 (buk, beng-
