yes most of the cakes in store contains trans fat which is really bad.
so it is much safer buying materials and making it at home.
we used to make cakes at parties too. fruit cakes are the most common one.
but the flowers on that cake in that photo takes some skills. it needs
special tools but u can also use jusr paper to do the trick

熔岩蛋糕。正
好家里囤了好多巧克力，借此机会一举消灭它们！哈哈。
这真是一款集高脂高糖高热量于一身的甜点啊，面粉含量很低，主要成分就是巧克力，
然后就是鲜奶
油和黄油。可是，出炉时的满屋巧克力香，一勺舀下去绵软的蛋糕里巧克力熔浆流出来

东西。特别cake是兼容php4的，php4本来就不是一个OO的东西。如果cake完全针对php5
，会好很多。
我个人认为php不是做复杂应用的工具（这不代表php不能用在访问量很大的站点）。对

因为是西方的节日，主菜是西式的Crab Cake， 辅菜是中西混搭的炒Fennal （这个中
文名字是什么还不知道，茴香？），还有几个就不说了。
Crab Cake
先把以下的东东混匀：
1、1个鸡蛋
2、一棵葱切细
3、一Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
4、一Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
5、1/2 Teaspoon Old bay
6、1/4 Teaspoon 盐
7、1 Teaspoon 橄榄油
8、1 Teaspoon Oregano
9、1/4 Teaspoon Cayane Pepper
10、1 Tablespoon 鲜榨柠檬汁
11、黑胡椒粉适量
12、1/2 杯青/红椒，切细
13、1/6 杯 sour cream
14、 3/4杯面包屑
再放入蟹肉一磅， 我用的是Costco的Philps. 拌匀后抟成橙子大小的六个，微微压扁

她做cake好，还专门卖的。我就图方便找她订了一个。也没问多少钱，想一个蛋糕能贵
到哪里，最多50吧。而且我要的就是一层的而且样式也很简单的那种。结果今天她把
cake带来了，式样跟我跟她讲的不大一样，也就算了。最后她居然要我140，还说是给

google下就知道cheese cake有 狠狠多种的。 一般这里都是用cream cheese做的，其
它也行ricotta ，mascarpone。
貌似在欧洲这用类型的cheese cake不多见，一般超市冷藏那里买，在英国吃过，就是
你说的底下是pie crust那种的个头挺下，味道也很不错你可以买个吃试试。
能找到原料的画，lz自己做吧，做这个是很简单的。 |

Here is some tips from my experinces.
have the eggs warmed at RTbefore bakery so that you can easily 打发蛋白
make sure there is no yolks mixed with egg white, and no oil
In a CLEAN bowl, add cream of tartar to 打发蛋白, usually I use 6-8 eggs to
make a spondge cake,beat for at least 6 minutes
GENTLELY Mix the 打发蛋白 with the flour and sugar,
I usually use the angel cake pan, which has a hole in the middle, to bake
spondge cake

Ricotta Cheese pan cake
按照pan cake做法，面糊里面加ricotta cheese。 最后用ricotta cheese加糖粉，打
匀，作为topping。成品比普通pan cake更细腻润滑。
三文鱼
先把小葱切碎，裹面粉，炸出香味；鱼块用油、horse radish sauce 裹匀，中火煎熟
鱼块；horse radish sauce＋sour cream＋盐 拌匀，放在切块的cantalope上，然后放
上鱼块，撒油炸香葱。最好吃的是葱～
糖蒜鸡球
去皮去骨鸡腿肉切块，中火翻炒约20min，不需加油，鸡腿会出油；加糖蒜，炒匀。加

一下分量我一共做了20多个，大烤盘分了2次烤，我家烤箱一次只能烤一盘>.<
cake flour 100g，water 160g，unsalted butter 80g，sugar 1tsp，salt 1/2tsp，
egg 3(实际上大概用了3个半）
425F 12min, 待泡芙膨胀定型后，将温度降到350F，25min，直到泡芙表面黄褐色。
制作过程：
1、水、盐、糖、黄油一起放入锅里，用中火加热并稍稍搅拌，使油脂分布均匀。当煮
至沸腾的时候，转小火，一次性倒入全部面粉。
2、四根筷子握在一起来搅拌，使面粉和水完全混合在一起，一定快速的搅拌。
3、一直搅拌到面粉全部和水分融合在一起，不粘锅以后，再关火，可以把锅从炉子上
取下来了。（此时面粉全部被烫熟了）

步骤：
1、蛋黄打发，色拉油分三次加入
2、加入cake mix和水，搅拌均匀（看到有人说cake mix太甜，加上包装上说只需要鸡
蛋和油、水）
3、蛋白打一会儿，加点糖，打发（应该是打发了，挑起来不会滴下）
4、挑一些打发的蛋白到2中的面糊中，轻拌均匀
5、将4中的面糊倒入3中的蛋白中，上下轻搅均匀
6、将拌好的面糊倒入蛋糕模中，放到预热好的烤箱中（325华氏度）
面糊不多，我的蛋糕模买大了，9inch的，所以只有比较薄的一层。半小时后拿出

发帖数: 1172 | 50 活底模倒扣怎么会掉下去呢？如果会掉下去，那蛋糕糊倒入的时候都会漏出来了。模子
应该边上有类似扣子的扣住的吧，倒扣的时候不要打开，拿出来马上倒扣，我觉得为了
防止中间塌回去。
用cake flour，不是cake mix。 cake mix不用打发蛋白，就按照盒子上写的加油加鸡
蛋和水搅均匀就可以烤了。
温度250度好像太低了吧。开始看的一些方子说350度的，后来很多人说高了，我改成
310或者315烤（准备蛋糕糊的时候就预热，别等都倒入模子再预热就消泡了），保持这
个温度，中间最好不要开烤箱门。
时间是否烤到位了？我没有做过6寸的，不知道要多少时间，应该在40分钟左右吧。
