没接到电话，让周三发邮件或者打电话问。
昨天周二按捺不住打了电话没人接，于是留了言。
今天早上发了邮件。
可是到现在都没有任何回音。
这是不是默拒了啊= =如果再打电话问的话会不会很烦啊 TAT
这个机会好重要，来版上问问。

然后再补充一下，就是楼主骑驴找马两个月，因为这次面试已经被现在的公司发现了，
今天早上来上班，给了我大概够半年的工作量，我是做化学的，今天要的东西够他们用
半年了。
推测他们是要fire我了，楼主女生，想的比较多 TAT，我现在是opt期间，这个时候是
我自己主动辞职比较好啊，还是等着他们fire我比较好呢？
谢谢大家的回复，现在的状况是现在公司态度很差，半年的东西要我两天做完，时时刻
刻都在
催。
楼主小心灵太脆弱了，在这种压抑的环境下心情相当抑郁，目前计划撑一周试试，实在
是影响健康的话就辞职。。。

发帖数: 30 | 5 第一个是HPLC Chemist，算是大公司，但是entry level，工资福利都一般。面试时被
通知压力会很大，经常方法开发之类的，deadline之类的。感觉公司氛围一般，大家愁
眉苦脸。
第二个是医院实验室lab assistant，工资比第一个还低。好处是医院工作虽然忙，但
压力小，可以兼顾家庭和孩子。面试时感觉每个人都很开心，实验室里的氛围也是开心
的，去了幸福指数应该高一些。缺点就是工资低，要提升必须再读3，4年学位和考证。
而且从化学转医学有些心里没谱，不知道未来职业前景如何。但似乎以后跳槽比HPLC
Chemist简单点，毕竟医院多的是。 |

自己怀孕了，告诉老板（一个50+，离过n次婚，没有孩子的工作狂人）我不能再继续接
触化学品，辐射之类的东西了，并把doctor's notes给了他。人家说考虑考虑，以下是
人家考虑的结果：
1/ 要吗回来继续正常的工作，要不就none pay leave,并且在离开期间自己付保险，公
司没有任何paid leave 给孕/产妇
2/ 没有desktop job给我做，哪怕是part time （我觉得他是故意找茬，我是research
scientist, 其实平时还是由research job 要作的）

美国食品暨药物管理局(FDA)前华裔化学家梁诚一(Cheng Yi Liang，音译)，因屡
次利用与职务有关的非公开资料从事内线交易，5日获判五年徒刑。他从内线交易获得
的380万元非法利益也被下令没收。
助理司法部长布鲁尔(Lanny Breuer)说：「梁诚一利用在FDA担任化学家接触的敏
感内线资料，从制药业股票市场获得不法利益。他多年来利用在FDA的职务在股市轻易
赚钱，可是今天的判刑显示这种做法的后果。」

2012年初回到了中国，陪家人过了久违的春节。其实我不算一名海归，充其量是一名“
被迫海归”，毕竟我在美国的工作实在是失望。本人化学硕士毕业（学化学的前景大家
都有所耳闻），08年从上海交大来到了PA某大学，毕业之后窝在了某一家中小型化工企
业的实验室里打杂，chemist这个职位之后也被我列入了黑名单。
爸妈年纪渐渐大了，身体也大不如前，于是我答应了他们的要求，回到了离家较近的上
海。上海的就业机会较多，但满意的也没多少。面试时最多的问题就是：为啥回国，其
实潜台词就是问是否因为在美国混不下去了。哎，我回答次数多了，现在都掌握了扩散
性思维。第一份工作是一家英国的外企，相比美国的“高薪”，这份工作的薪水真是惨
淡，一年13薪，20%的bonus，加上每个月的伙食、交通等补贴，等于再多发一个月的工
资。
第一份工作干了一年之后，我被猎头挖到了一家德国企业。说到猎头，国内的猎头比美
国的还积极，你每隔一段时间就能收到他们的电话，他们提供的工作机会还算不错。来

昨天去了鲍肆屯地区大学同学会。大学毕业已经二十年了，在不惑之年有见到了那么多
同学，让人无限感慨。
本来我是不想去的。大学同学里，我混的最惨了。在美国的同学占了班里绝大多数，所
有及时转行的都过上了幸福生活。我的前女友，已经做了公司高管，手下一批中美WSN
听她指挥。班长自己开了公司，每年进出上千万，这次同学会就是他资助的。没转行的
除了我，只有一位，当年我们叫二师兄的。他已经是某一流大学的副教授了。
而我，仍然是苦逼找不到工作，住地下室，啃干面包，看不到尽头。所以我不想去。然

亲自打电话，让我一定去。二师兄也在非死不可上说，都是自己人。于是我就只好开着

是我父亲, 这篇文字也算是回忆他的历程罢.
不想花时间看啰嗦话的, 直接看最后一段好了.
他1965年进大学, 那个年代, 没有CS, EE, 统计, 金融, 商业,
做scientist却是很崇高的理想,
他也就跟风学了化学, 读了一年就中断了.
然后胡闹了几年, 到了1970, 终于说算你们"大学毕业"了, 分配工作.
他被分到一个小县城的化学工业研究所, 工作到70年代末,
期间在那里认识我妈, 生了我. 好象双方都没甚么可选的, 呵呵,
我妈是同单位里唯一上了大学(也是没念完就跟着造反去了)的单身女性,
那时候想调回大城市是不可能的事, 就安定下来了.
到了78还是79年, 机会来了, 恢复高考, 包括研究生, 他考上了,
总算回到他老家, 现在的一个一线城市.
读的还是高分子化学, 花三年拿了个硕士, 然后分配在原地工作.

过磁存储材料,fuel cell, 催化, 毕业了却发现相关工作好难找.后来有个屯子里的纳
米生物制药方面的research机会就从了. 从此越做越也和生物相关了. 从化学的小坑,
跳进了生物的大坑.拿着只比千老好一点点的薪水, 虽然几年自己努力拿到了身份,从此
努力申请工业方面的工作却越来越难. 曾经有过几个好的公司的电话面试,一个个都失
败了. 天天努力投简历,却如石沉大海. 心越来越凉!
碰到过猴子屯的local油服公司招聘chemist的机会, 要求有分析,有高分子背景,感觉
skill挺match.可是几个公司面试的时候人家都问:你现在在做什么啊,给我介绍介绍你
的工作,然后就废掉了.郁闷!
也试了好多猴子屯的local油公司的chemist 位置,压根连回音都没有.
难道一沾上生物就完蛋了吗?就这么悲催? 一入生物深如海.

算是顺着科研的门缝往里看了一眼，就被吓了出来。
决定不干科研以后，我对道路的选择其实并不明朗。基本上是在网上搜，我觉得大概能
干的活都投简历试试，所以五花八门什么都有：Craigslist上找人维护电脑的，翻译公
司，consulting，analytical chemist，IP，中资公司，community college教书，国
内的CRO，regulatory affairs等等。还想过试试做UN的翻译，找computational
chemistry postdoc然后再转IT，考Redhat certificates，甚至还想过彻底回炉重炼，
重考GRE，学个什么统计会计之类的。
再有就是没脸没皮地满世界找人。说我是您师妹的丈夫的朋友，校友的儿子，同学的亲
戚，前师姐的师弟等等。不过找的关系再曲折离奇，我也没求过Steve，对他张不开口
。Steve觉得我既然放弃学术了，也就任我自生自灭了。
当然绝大部分简历都石沉大海。有回信也基本是拒信。CRO说我们要有经验能领导一个

美国FDA华裔化学家因内线交易被判刑 罚没380万非法利益
美国食品暨药物管理局(FDA)前华裔化学家梁诚一(Cheng Yi Liang，音译)，因屡
次利用与职务有关的非公开资料从事内线交易，5日获判五年徒刑。他从内线交易获得
的380万元非法利益也被下令没收。
助理司法部长布鲁尔(Lanny Breuer)说：「梁诚一利用在FDA担任化学家接触的敏
感内线资料，从制药业股票市场获得不法利益。他多年来利用在FDA的职务在股市轻易
赚钱，可是今天的判刑显示这种做法的后果。」
卫生福利部督察长办公室特别探员马隆(Elton Malone)说：「梁某利用敏感的内线
资料大胆谋利。他不知道调查人员早就利用先进科技工具发掘和追踪犯罪行为。我们将
继续坚持联邦员工遵守最高标准。」
58岁的梁诚一去年10月18日承认触犯一款证券诈欺罪和一款提供不实证词的罪名，
