上面大概有11个KI， 如果按统计规律， 应该有5个最后会被FDA

01年的时候，我从平顶山卫校毕业，用MD的头衔，在美国50名左右的医学院找到了
postdoc的位置。之后的两年里我专心考board，在科研上产出很低。03年的时候，我被
告知，虽然board考的非常好，但美国不承认卫校的MD学历。无奈之下我只好放弃了从
医之路。于是在科研的道路上一走10多年。
04年的时候，老板拿了NIA的一个大PO1 grant。几个中心一起做端粒的研究。当时这个
概念炒得很火。我们lab主要负责药物筛选。化合物库是默克的。默克当时用这个库筛
出了几个一型糖尿病的小分子，做得很成功，但用完后，这个库就废了。大概有13万多
个compound吧。我的任务就是从这13万多个compound里面筛选出有用的，用于抗衰老的
研究。
我先做酵母模型，做了1年多吧，筛出了几个化合物，这些化合物可以显著影响酵母衰

发帖数: 4571 | 35 刚才跟师傅打电话聊些钓鱼打猎的进展，我就顺便向他请教我想玩recurve打靶不打猎
。但他听错了，以为我要用recurve打猎，就讲了一下recurve和compound bow在打猎中
的应用。
他今年不到70，从小在德州农场长大。5岁开始玩弓，10多岁就开始打猎。那个时候没
有compound bow，只有long bow and recurve. 他主要用recurve, 后来转到compound。
recurve射好很难，需要大量大量长期的练习来掌握。但是是真正地练习你的技术，判
断，和意念，一点偏差，就可能完全错过一头鹿。而且，有效射程短。优点是可以追踪
射击快速移动的鹿，因为没有sight和peep等等那些东西限制视线和判断。
compound一切都tune up好以后，用上release马上就可以射的很准。而且，贮存能力大
，射程远，还有let-off，很实用。缺点是不好追踪射击移动目标。他把compound bow
的peep去掉，只用sight，有利于射移动目标。他已经教会好几个人这个方法了，都收

几天前边开车边听硅谷某华语电台的财经节目。里面一位大佬谈到20年前买了一栋投资
房，结果这20年硅谷房市火热，总体投资回报平均每年翻一翻！（信号不好，可能有误
）。我立马趴下了。虽然书读得不多，但我还是能知道那位老大那个地方计算有误。假
设20年前投资50，000元，那么按大佬所说的每年100%回报，20年后就是：$50,000 x
（1+100%）20 = 5x1010,也就是500亿美金！OMG，买个黄子就能跻身世界首富前十位，
太容易了！板上如果有大牛能连续double,青蛙只要跟个10年20年，岂不是轻松成为千
万富翁，亿万富翁了。
可以看出虽然每年100%不可持续，但利用时间复利长期稳定的增长是积累财富的法宝。

你的州archery season不区分compound bow和crossbow, 那crossbow更实用，因为速度
快，射程远, 穿透力强。不过，从玩的角度，正好反过来，compound比crossbow好玩，
传统弓比compound和crossbow好玩。
我买弓的时候还在Boston。麻省把crossbow和firearm放在一个season，除非你有医生
证明说你拉不开40lb的compound bow，才允许你在弓猎季节用crossbow. 所以我买的弓
是compound bow。牌子和型号都nightrunner推荐的，是bowtech下属的一个牌子。
bowtech在这个领域技术领先，至少当年是这样。
我原来在麻省有个弓猎师傅，但没学多少就搬家了。好多东西都是跟nightrunner学的
