1. compound
2. 延税
投资不是‘现在放100退休长10倍’这样算的。是要compound的，比如每个月100，一直
放到退休。假设你现在25，打算65退休，年收益8%，则退休的时候有$335,737.
改成每月税后放70，自己投资，其他parameters都一样，退休的时候有$235,016. 差别
相当大。
你的假设中，从401K拿钱出来要交税，而第二种情况的投资收益的部分却不用交税。这
是不现实的。你自己用现金买股票，房产，基金，哪怕存银行吃利息，收益都要交税，
税率和你取401K一样，depends on 你每年取多少出来。capital gain税会少些，但也
不是免税。再复杂一点，有些获利每年都要交税，直接啃掉一点收益使之不能加入
compound。唯一可以不交税的办法就是把现金放在床底下，这样往外拿不用交税。但是
这么搞存40年只有$33,600. 当然米国可能有不需要交税的投资，比如贩毒据说收益很
高，而且估计不用交税。那些个东西我没研究过哈。

longbow, recurve完全是另外一种射法，除非要培养罗宾汉,直接学习compound的射法
才能尽快找到射箭的感觉。 compound有youth model，draw weight, draw length调解
范围很大，三百多块钱。
自己开始不懂一定要在archery shop (BPS的应该可以)调好。
Bow是有危险的，射飞了不说，箭断在弓上或者射的时候落下arrow rest,都会有事故。 |

发帖数: 1432 | 21 昨天去了local archery看了看，租弓和一天的费用才11块钱。玩了几个小时，觉得很
不错。年费一年120，随便玩,每次都能租到不同的弓（租弓每次5块）。
昨天我说是初学，以前从来没有接触过弓箭的，结果他们就给我一把recursive bow，
手把手教我怎么射箭。几个老美在旁边用的都是compound bow，靶子比我的远一倍多不
算，箭射到靶子里面拿出来很费劲，而且精度非常高。这种compound bow力量很大，二
三十米内几乎不用考虑箭头重量对轨道的影响。很多弓初始速度都达到了320FPS以上，
加上箭头的重量和airgun的子弹重量明显不是一个等级，我不得不先提醒大家，
compound bow威力非常大，打鹿，甚至打熊都可以！
local archery每周六上午有课，还有Olympic archery的专业培训。我感觉弓箭是力量
和耐心的结合，比光打airgun又上升了一个档次,难度高很多。airgun，搞个scope，只
要枪托得稳，基本上都八九不离十。弓箭不一样，拉弓的力量和稳定性一定要保证，室
外的话还要注意风速。对人的要求更高。

Many people use ground blind for compound bow and crossbow. I prefer ground
blind better since it is much more comfortable than tree stand.
If you do want a tree stand, go buy a climbing tree stand.

butts without working out your legs, isolation exercises work better than

期间就接着又写了一些，而且hw5是based on hw3 & hw3b的基础上（当我hw5是based
on更好的hw3的结果时，我应该可以得更多的分吧）。
hw4因为写得比较顺利，就不曾保留任何交上去作业的output，没有什么一目了然的结
果是我可以贴在这里的。原本我是想要把自己最的一次作业hw5贴出来的，但那已经是
一个完整的compiler，而且以后我还需要用自己的course project来找工作，所以一定
就不贴最终结果了。那就贴一个hw3b的c-.y文件吧，它集中的hw1、hw2、hw3、 hw3b的

so tho the characters are only of limited number, esp. those frequent ones,
but since compounds words compose of arround 70% of the words, and many
compounds are somewhat trasparent(the meaning of whole words have
something to do w/ the components), it makes senes to me it easier
for ppl to get a hang of 'new' words, such as 'post-modern'. whereas for

10，那就是有机里面的战斗机。
还有一种就是contract lab。怎么说哪，那就类似站街的妓女，有客就接。所以他们今
天做的跟下个月做的，在结构上没有任何联系的。就是说类似今天叫你修个屋顶，明天
叫你装个空调，说起来都是修房子。
这种position的工作量，一般说大致是1年合成6个compound，甚至快的要10个左右。另
外还要有NMR,LC-MS,FTIR-拉曼，联合做结构表征的。
华东理工做有机的，问题是出在水平差+人特别的懒。所有的有机教授，每年合成的
compound数量，没有一个能和contract lab比的。跟那个去世的david gin也没法比。

但是草药有一个优势，就是已经在人上用过了，有效，毒副作用也有一个大致的了解，
恰恰在后期的开发上有很大的优势。
我们其实可以把一个中草药方子看成一个compound的library，知道这个library有效，
就是用连续的分解法把这其中的有效成分分析出来。这种思路，比起几十万个compound
的逐一随机筛查，并不逊色。而且中草药的有效是指最后一步的临床有效，而compound
的筛选通常是指对某一个酶/通路/细胞有效，后者上临床前的比起中草药有更大的不确
定性，前期一切顺利，后期被毙掉的不计其数。
从投入上来说，一个药物开发的平均成本几亿美金，这要是放在中草药上，不知道可以
筛查多少个方子。在这么多有效的方子中间，肯定会有不少类似于青蒿素这样的单因子
有效的方子。
从我有限的理解来看，中草药的研究应该是开发药物的一个捷径。 |

The third project is based on our identifying several small chemicals that
inhibit the activation of NF-kB induced by chemotherapeutic agents. This
activation of NF-kB induces anti-apoptotic proteins which reduces the
