one person dead and four injured, according to the Beaumont Police
Department.
Five people were shot, including the gunman. The gunman has been taken into
custody, but police have not yet disclosed his identity.
Rod Carroll, a Jefferson County Sheriffs Department deputy, told ABC News
the shooting was part of a hostage situation at the courthouse.

bringing a concealed gun into a federal courthouse in Detroit but faced
little by way of sanction or punishment as a result.

KEENE, N.H. -- Police in Keene said a Massachusetts man found on fire in
front of the Cheshire County Superior Courthouse on Wednesday night has died.
The call came in to the Keene Police Department at 5:30 p.m., according to

Joseph Moakley联邦法院和Jessica会合、举牌示威后进入法庭。
庭审第五天首先出庭的是Harvard’s Director of Research for Admissions and
Financial Aid (哈佛大学入学与助学金研究主任)Erica J. Bever。

的样品。

女博士渐渐发现了问题，开始还以为是自己犯了错误，采取了一些措施防止出错，
甚至拿到未婚夫的实验室去做，总是有各种各样的问题。怀疑有人破坏，说给朋友，导
师，学校相关部门听，都劝她是不是自己多虑了，甚至认为是她自己工作不顺利，试图
归结于其他原因。

发帖数: 1268 | 49 每个人都有权保护自己。在现在的宪法下，你可以有被警察保护的权利，也有拥枪自保
的权利。但是两者无法互相取代。
gun free zone剥夺了第二个权利，只留下了第一个权利。
所以问题是gun free zone是不是有义务使用armed guard（或者任何有效的措施）来保
护zone里面的人？
关键得看是私人还是政府。
私人场合，比如是电影院。要求gun free zone，然后告诉大家，电影院里面没有armed
guard。顾客自己选择是否愿意进入这个gun free zone. 你要是有疑虑，你可以选择
去其他不是gun free zone的电影院，或者gun free zone但是有 armed guard的，或者
可以买dvd回家看。如果你选择去这家 gun free zone without armed guard, 就相当
于你接受这个term, 自愿放弃拥枪自保的权利。
mall, restaurant, 朋友家，甚至 private school ，道理都是一样的。
