我仔细想了一下，两派的意见可能都是对的，原因在于不同州的不同规定，（原贴楼主
好像也没说他的所在州）既然如此，不是在一个基础上的讨论，就不会用什么共识和结
果，与其这样，还不如把这种没有本州法律依据的讨论便成学习，不同州的朋友们贴出

不过长距离做rental很难持久, and if you mainly focus on cash flow, you may
want considering scale up fast. With your limited number of units, one major
service call will wipe out months of your net cash flow.
1_4 family unit dwellings still qualify for residential loans, I also
recommend eyeing on some small 20_40 units complexes, small local banks love
to lend on them. |

are very slow, mainly because those managers often have a LOT of meetings
and other more urgent tasks.

女生，mid-30s，土木master，construction，一般非藤校大学，工作有5+yrs，一直对
Google有着深深的向往，也说不上来为什么，去玩过几次，应该是特别生动、朝气的感
觉吸引我，很想去那里工作。
- 不准备转行学CS，年纪大了，学不进了。
- mba，小女子没啥钱，学不起。
- 看过google的工作，跟土木相关的有data center construction 方面的，还有
google fiber multi-unit dwelling /ISP什么的，不对口，而且都找manager，怎么不
找low level一点的，不过即使找了我没藤校文凭他们估计也不要我。
