超速的单子， 扔给 ticket fight 的律师了，
结果今天收到律师的一封信，
说经过他们 fight 之后， 消掉了点， 但是偶还要
pay 法院 200 块上庭费。
看了一下 pay to， 是给法院。
但是偶没有收到法院传票。
估计是他们协商后给法院挣钱的办法， 如果偶没有收到法院的正式传票，
是不是可以赖着不交？
有人有类似经验吗？ 谢谢！ |

迷经常把这两首搞混。
Across the Field 最早出现在1915年10月16日对illinoise的比赛。根据wiki, 当时
osu一学生William Dougherty觉得Carmen Ohio太软，需要写一首硬朗又刺激的fight
song. 这首歌由此而来。
Buckeye Battle Cry 写于1919年。作者Frank Crumit 是ohio university校友，osu扇
子。写了这首歌参加fight song比赛。赢没赢不知道，但是这首歌在近100年后的今天
，是赛场上演奏最频繁的曲子。乐队入场时演奏，乐队摆出ohio后无伴奏合唱，每个
touch down之后。。。就算是对这首歌再不喜欢的人，每场比赛听那么多遍，也肯定会
哼哼了。
这种进行曲式的歌，真不知道该如何评论。但是有一个demo，把各个乐器拆开来，从低

早上提前到了，好多人等在法庭门外。门一开，大家都进去了。以前没到过法庭，赶紧
拿手机照了几张照片。找地方坐下了。法庭警察开始讲话，大意是，不许照相,video，
不许玩手机，没读instruction的赶紧读一下 (不清楚具体他用的什么词，就是一页写
有你的权利的纸)，法官会问你读没读过。你要读过才能继续。还有一些比如请翻译什
么的。
这里需要介绍一下背景。加州政府缺钱，每个ticket都是好几百。你有三个选择，
guilty, no contest 和 contest。 guilty 和 no contest 基本一样，就是交钱。不

年初的时候开车去南加，那时候天色已晚，路上也没有人，我索性就一脚油门，开到了
小100的时速。
结果没过一会就看见前面亮灯了，过了一会警车追上来，我靠边。 Officer很和善，笑
着问我开了多快。 要走了驾照之后回来给了张 ticket， 还很循循善诱的说，这次他
只写了 90+， 如果直接写一百的话，我就会被当场吊销驾照了。那时候心里暗暗感激
，也后悔自己开的太快。
回家后等了很久才收到法院的传单，罚款也没有我想象的贵（$366 + $73 traffic
school）.就在我准备交钱上课的时候，公司的同事建议我先extend,拖到最后再来个

当时下班local堵车挺严重，就尽量早早并到自行车道然后右转结果被警察拦下，同时
我后
面的另一辆车也被这个警察一起拦下开了罚单。说是右转前必须离路口200ft内才能并到
自行车道，说发现我时根据他自己的位置判断应该有290ft。其实我自己也不确定是距
离路口多远开始并线的。。。 总的感觉像是钓鱼。
如果想plea not guilty, 这种情况警察也没用尺子量，有没有可能fight一下？还是只
能寄希望警察上庭不出现了？ |

广义地说，是应对方法。 这个在美国的小学开始就在教了。 （好象这个版上混的，有

Fight Back如果是肢体上的，很容易过界的，可能会使事情更不可收拾。有些坏孩子是
没有底线的。 当然如果仅仅说是幼儿园，还是家长间多交流好些。
小孩的圈子里有他们的规则，文化。 体育好，拳头硬，能出风头，那是最受欢迎的。
高中里最拽的孩子是橄榄球队里的4分位和篮球队长。 |
