：7月1号那天室外温度华氏80，地铁内部就更高了，我从曼哈顿33街坐6号地铁。很快我
：发现那个车厢的空调坏了。等我注意到，地铁已经到下一站马上就走了，我当时就从
两节车厢中间的door走过去到下一节车厢，当时心里还觉得高兴，到了有空调的车厢。
等我坐下来不到1分钟，两个便衣警察走过来问我为什么用那扇门。因为有个sign贴在那
：里说没有警察和mta staff的指示是不能pass那个门。我就说隔壁车厢的空调坏了。
：他们在下一站把我请出车厢，向我要了驾照，给我开了一张ticket。是transit
：adjudication bureau开的，要罚我$75.我一直跟他们说这是我第一次这样做，开罚单
：的警察告诉我打电话去argue，也许可以knock down那个罚款。建议我不要去hearing
，因为他也会在hearing，我赢的可能很小。

录音了，我把发生的经过告诉给他之后，他就说我不该用那个门。这个过程就不到5分
钟。我在外面等了快一个小时后被告知hearing没改变结果。我要pay罚款，但是可以写
信appeal。
今天刚好又坐那个车厢，空调还是坏的！！我还看到有人用了车厢之间的门。只是他运
气好，没有被警察给ticket。
我appeal里可以提到这个车厢的空调还是坏的吗？都快一个月了，TMD 好没修好！有什
么好招大家给推荐一下！ |

resign了，那个manager和employer睡觉都要笑醒，正中人家下怀。自己主动resign =
对方没有错，你自己都认了。
正确的第一步：找下家。就算打官司赢了你还指望继续在这里干下去？
第二步：找HR。拿着manager要你resign的信去问问怎么回事，有什么option，有什么
package，绝不要拍拍手就走。公司让你走都是请走的，要fire也好要layoff也好得有
个说法，你找工作下家的时候也好给一个交代。
第三步：找labor lawyer。不多说，只不过如果想"fight"，请你们俩找专业的先咨询
一下在做动作，否则以你们这点功力，不给自己坏事就不错了，更别提打赢了（到底有
没有discrimination，到底你有没有damage）。 |

说来话长。请耐心看一下并提供建议。
我妈妈名义申请的disabled person parking placard, 有效期11/18/11 to 05/11/12
，DMV邮寄过来的有一张receipt（receipt有卡号，姓名、地址、有效期等资料）和一
张placard. receipt可能在收到卡的时候扔了或者不知道放哪里了，总之就是没有保存。
4/11/12车停在残疾人停车位但是忘记挂卡，收到一张$475的罚单。打罚单上的电话咨
询，说把placard和receipt复印件邮寄连同contest form mail到指定地址就好了。因
为receipt已经找不到了，隔天马上去DMV office重新打印了一张，结果发现新打印的

看。洗牙医生推荐的医生由于保险原因没有去那里，自己在网上找了一个医生，yelp评
分不错，是个韩国或者越南的医生。去之前打电话就问了，consultation是否被cover
，他们说100%可以。当天11点的appointment，我准时到了，填写完东西我再次确认是
不是100%的cover，他们说是，于是填写完表格就开始等，等了半小时，医生还在忙别
的病人，后来我催了下，医生终于肯见我，x-ray是我自己带去的，是一个打印出来的
copy，我给他们还发了电子版的，医生都没看过我的电子版Xray，一进来看了一眼打印
的X-ray就说你有四颗智齿吧（其实只有三颗），我当时就有点不高兴，因为她完全没
准备，她也没有检查我的牙齿状况，就不停的问我要拔几颗，我一共是三颗，但是我想
知道智齿的状况，她就说最好都拔了，根本没有给我任何其他的意见，她还不停的在填
写一个表格是我要拔牙签字的，更没有给我解释手术要怎么做（比如局部麻醉和全麻醉
），就又出去了（跟我说话不到10分钟），说让我想想拔几颗，她出去又招呼别的病人

险都cover但是后来我还是收到bill，说一部分不包括，要自己掏钱。
这些牙医为什么无端都喜欢让人拔智齿呢。。。几乎在美国看牙医就没有过一次好的经
历，每次去看牙医，他们看我智齿都还在，都好像看到了赚钱的机会，也不管需不需要
，就一个劲推荐拔牙的医生让去make appointment. |

觉得花这$75请律师还是挺值的，因为：他们知道哪天警察不出庭。至于为什么他们知
道，这个超出我的理解范围了，大家可以尽情猜测。
当然如果你有路子有把握知道哪天是lucy day,那也可以自己搞，不过这个成本好像不
止$75。
找当地最有名气的律师行，价格贵和便宜无所谓，顶多也就$50的差距。
