针对这个小孩，你一定要和学校好好谈谈，多让老师注意／把他俩分班等等，娃还小，
当妈的要保护他。
一般来说这种娃都比较gentle，本能上不会fight back，家长只好一遍一遍的教，还可
以和爸爸在家演习遇到bully该怎么处理。我家的娃在上karate，怎么说呢，上了总比
没上好，但本性难改，真正遇到bully的时候我很怀疑他会把karate课上教的使出来。
就象你说的，这不是身体强不强的问题，而是心理的气场问题。
karate老师教娃遇到bully的时候应该：Talk, Tell then Tackle. Talk is like
saying: No! Stop that! Tell is telling the teacher. Tackle is fight back
physically.

5岁上学之前，个人认为，小孩子之间多的是打打闹闹，真正的bully不多
所以，不会教孩子打回去，学习别的途径（找老师，用语言etc)来解决问题
家长也应该比较积极地参与，经常跟老师沟通
上小学之后，遇到真正的bully
肯定还是先上文的，如果文的不行，
男孩子的话，会考虑physically fight back |

。我问老师那3次是他先打人，还是还手，老师说他不清楚。但就算是还手，老师说你
放学后或周末可以这么做，但学校不允许。她说他明白男孩应该tough，但学校就是不
允许打人，不管是先动手的，还是还手的。说再这样就要给formal detention。
是所有学校都是这样的规定么？我觉得这和美国的精神不符呀。大家说说应该怎么办？

through it with HR if you have enough evidence (for example, you got high
mid-year review, or high reviews before transferring to other groups, etc).
If you should receive an above average but got a average instead, probably
not worth the fight. If if you received a 'need improvement', you should

没什么大错，他的review不能阻止我transfer。 我也想过和他谈, 但之前因为他偷偷
去HR给我留performance warning record 让我觉得他为人阴险， 所以让他把这个

请见下图，背景是某shopping plaza停车场，图中粗蓝箭头线是我当时行车路线，被条
子发了一张Wrong way in one-way street的罚单。当时没有跟条子废话，事后琢磨着
这条路不是单行线啊，理由如下:
1.图中粗蓝箭头附近的路口确有DO NOT ENTER告示，但十几米外的路的尽头也有一块面
向箭头方向的STOP SIGN(图中右上角)。显然允许“反方向”行驶，否则这块STOP SIGN
何用？
2. 图中细蓝线圈出蓝色车辆应该刚从残趴位驶出，以细蓝箭头方向行驶，显然合法。
3. 图中该Plaza其他趴位都是斜线，以确认单行线(图右下方为例)，但此处趴位为垂直
，显然无法确认该路的单行特征啊。
大家帮我看看，上庭跟法官看图说话有望fight掉这张ticket吗？谢谢！ |

年初的时候开车去南加，那时候天色已晚，路上也没有人，我索性就一脚油门，开到了
小100的时速。
结果没过一会就看见前面亮灯了，过了一会警车追上来，我靠边。 Officer很和善，笑
着问我开了多快。 要走了驾照之后回来给了张 ticket， 还很循循善诱的说，这次他
只写了 90+， 如果直接写一百的话，我就会被当场吊销驾照了。那时候心里暗暗感激
，也后悔自己开的太快。
回家后等了很久才收到法院的传单，罚款也没有我想象的贵（$366 + $73 traffic
school）.就在我准备交钱上课的时候，公司的同事建议我先extend,拖到最后再来个
trial by declaration. 他说他每次都是这么get away的。

发帖数: 572 | 27 7月1号那天室外温度华氏80，地铁内部就更高了，我从曼哈顿33街坐6号地铁。很快我
发现那个车厢的空调坏了。等我注意到，地铁已经到下一站马上就走了，我当时就从两
节车厢中间的door走过去到下一节车厢，当时心里还觉得高兴，到了有空调的车厢。等
我坐下来不到1分钟，两个便衣警察走过来问我为什么用那扇门。因为有个sign贴在那
里说没有警察和mta staff的指示是不能pass那个门。我就说隔壁车厢的空调坏了。
他们在下一站把我请出车厢，向我要了驾照，给我开了一张ticket。是transit
adjudication bureau开的，要罚我$75.我一直跟他们说这是我第一次这样做，开罚单
的警察告诉我打电话去argue，也许可以knock down那个罚款。建议我不要去hearing，
因为他也会在hearing，我赢的可能很小。
这个罚款额我是不想请律师了，准备为自己fight一下。我的理由是：
1。空调坏了，车厢里面热。当时地铁已经在开了，所以我选择用那个门
2。mta贴那个sign其实没有多大作用。为什么不把那个门给锁起来呢?如果是出于安全

Call in sick with such empty email with no detailed excuse is another bad
move. Extremely unprofessional. If the employer finds out you faked on sick
day and were actually refusing to work intentionally, your career here is

我看好多招式，尤其是空手夺刀，跟合气道很像。我一发小儿，练擒拿的。专门跑日本
留学AIKIDO。感觉都是擒拿、点穴的底子给发扬光大了。玩儿得好的那真是赏心悦目，
四个字儿“行云流水”!说它是舞术，没觉得一点儿贬低的意思。只不过，舞伴得很耐
操才好。
