最近在ebay上被人换了一台近$1000的电脑，被病人换货，听口音，应该是美国白人，
evil的地址我以前贴过，有兴趣的可以搜一下。
我已经拿回钱了，说说我的过程，或许对大家有用。
现在ebay越来越恶心，如果病人说要return, 就是寄回来一个空箱子，一块石头，ebay
都判seller输，你appeal也没用。
1），虽然说appeal也肯定输，但也得appeal, 这是个过程，你必须走，否则不能下一
步。
等到你收到return后的一天，可以到这个case里，Refund 下面有一行小字，说“ask
for ebay to step in" 这类的。可以提交你的意见，只能描述，不能上传图片等。
2），过不了2天，ebay会和你说，换货这种事情是out of ebay control, 建议你
balala,反正恶霸不赔。

My boss asked me to provided doctor's documents in the future when I would
take sick time in the future. He said he was doing this because I took too
many sick time in the past year( PS, I had a surgrey last year).
I told him I had no problem to provide him, but I was wondering if he was
following company's policy. From what I know, company only require documents
when employee take 2 weeks sick time together in one incident. My bo |

面的另一辆车也被这个警察一起拦下开了罚单。说是右转前必须离路口200ft内才能并到
自行车道，说发现我时根据他自己的位置判断应该有290ft。其实我自己也不确定是距
离路口多远开始并线的。。。 总的感觉像是钓鱼。
如果想plea not guilty, 这种情况警察也没用尺子量，有没有可能fight一下？还是只
