comparative genomics can tell us. In this paper, the authors discovered ten
new mycobacteriaphages, sequenced their genome and compared their genomes with
each other. The conclusion is revealing.
1) It shows the mycobacteriaphage genomes are highly mosaic, which means in
some part of the genome the sequence is homologous, while in other area, it is

microarray+large data analysis这样的研究。。就是很纯的科学研究吧。
一方面是对这些东西比较有兴趣（我觉得genome的研究还是很有前途吧?因为现在对
genome的认识还非常少）另外一方面，是比较希望有quantitative science方面的训练
，以后也是希望可以做多学科交叉的那样的方向吧。
而这样的research，（用quantitative手段的），肯定要放在比较简单的systems里面
做吧？比如yeast，最多C elegans，有放到老鼠里去做的吗？（个人愚见，拍砖）因为
感觉这种genome的研究本身就是和model关系不大的吧。
然后一定要偏向医学研究，都做到老鼠水平才能在industry有个退路吗？比如我做
genome，对那些sequencing的东西比较内行，是不是也可以在industry找到工作呢？

identified by comparing sequences of case with reference is "alternative
allele", not "minor allele". For a long time I used to think bases in

genome, 必须有你的同意，否则就不能用。 我们就是你的经纪人，帮你找会用你的

背地了卖数据有本质的区别。你是你数据的主人。你对数据的用户始终是匿名的，隐私

卖了。这个也是对你隐私的保护。

Hi,
I tried a couple of transfections with the NgAgo plasmid from Addgene and
the 5'P oligo against GFP from the paper, but I did not see a dramatic
reduction in GFP+ as seen using Cas9 and a GFP sgRNA.
Anybody tried as well and came to the same (dead) end?

3-1 48-60 hours after transfection, cells are harvested by trypsin digestion
. Four wells of cells are combined into a 1.5 ml EP tube.
3-2 For genomic DNA extraction, 500 μl of cell lysate buffer (50 mM Tris，
100 mM EDTA，0.5% SDS，pH 8) and 10 μl proteinase K (10 mg/ml）are added
into each tube and mixed gently and sufficiently. Bathe the tubes at 55℃
for 2 hours.

丽萍担任北京生命科学研究所资深研究员，给予高薪和上千万研究经费。
王晓东没有经过北京生命科学研究所公开演讲和选拔的正常途径，私自聘请
魏丽萍。
魏丽萍根本达不到北京生命科学研究员的资格，更不要说资深研究员。研究
员要通过两次国际评审，经过高级研究员、资深研究员。

只是丹麦哥本哈根大学做的这个东西目前应该说还是假说，还有待更多的古DNA证据验
证。DNA污染也是有可能的。mal'ta boy的DNA据说不是孤证，不过另一个证据好象也是
这一个组提供的。古人类学理论被改来改去很多次了。

（1）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条 转基因食品的食用安全性和营养质量不得低
于对应的原有食品”这个条款，是退步，而不是进步！这种删除的实质是，进一步顺从
邪恶孟山都为首跨国转基因产业的私利与压力，置中国人民持续安全、健康、生存与繁
衍于不顾！
（2）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条”，但是卫生部《新资源食品管理办法》“第
三条”规定：
第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定，对
人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
依据该第三条规定，在对于抗草甘膦转基因大豆加工的转基因大豆油，检测出超过
俄罗斯对大豆油草甘膦残留量允许标准与中国卫生部对棉籽油草甘膦残留最高限量2.9-
6倍的草甘膦残留量，已经证实对人类健康，特别对青少年、儿童、婴儿与孕妇及其胎
