. work from home。 这里的home， 如果和LCA上的工作地址在一个metro， 没关系。
不在一个metro， 要小心。我这里谈的 WFH， 即是指很远距离的。
I-485的G325a表上有地址和工作历史， 还是分开的两部分。 很迷惑人。 IO 经常是对
照看。 常常给的RFE就是： 请解释你住在XXX州， 却在YYY州工作。

EB23闹成这样有失体面，在于我只注意了AP的便利性（H1B也可以往返，并非生死问题
）和EAD可以让配偶工作，而忽视了EAD的另一个重要性。经过某些EB2的再教育，体会
到了为什么EB3应该全力阻止EB2降级。
其实最重要的是EAD的一项功能。根据AC21法律，在485上交180后，不仅仅可以换工
作（前雇主撤掉140也没关系），还可以在失业的情况下保住身份，重新上路。那么485
就不是所谓锦上添花的效能，而是可以和绿卡比肩了。
基于此判断，我鼓励所有的EB3使用各种方法保住自己的排期，坚决阻击EB2的降级。

又遇到一艘National Geographic的船，在大自然面前也是那么渺小。
继续前进
港湾里飘着的iceberg越来越多，露出水面的只有10%，大部分在水下，所以这里开船要
非常小心。
这些iceberg从哪里来的呢，答案在此，在港湾的尽头是一个冰川叫做Sawyer Glacier
，因为安全原因，我们的大船无法靠近，要做上面那个National Geographic的船可以
开到冰川下面，远距离拍一张，当时雾气很大，隐约可以看到这个冰川。 |

on the Law of the Sea， 从1958年开始谈判，到1982年谈判完成，前后折腾了25年时
间。谈判完成后，正式批准生效遵守的国家有60个，中国于1996年批准承认并遵守这一
破公约。目前这个公约有到目前有152个国家缔约，但很多与海洋无关，只是签约赚便
宜而已。
美国在张罗忽悠各国签署加入这一公约后，自己却以国会不批准为由，决绝履行这一公
约。原因是美国引用其总统杜鲁门在1945年第二次世界大战结束时宣布的美国领海基线
为大陆架的原则不变。至于这大陆架到底延伸到距离海岸多远的地方，美国从来不说。
《联合国海洋法公约》事实上是海上强权刻意绑架世界各海洋国家让出一条不受每个国
家干预的公海通道的强权公约。这个公约的核心其实有以下几点：

州最大的国家公园。公园与墨西哥接壤，只有一河之隔，以河中心为国界。这条河在美

美国5大湖气势够了，但是不美，我沿着5大湖转过一圈，实在很平淡，加拿大一边丘陵
多一点，但是还是不吸引人。没有旅游价值
中国湖太小，比较多姿，比如喀纳斯湖，川西海子

三说沙漠
美国啥白沙公园，死谷那些沙丘都是joke
中国塔克拉玛干，巴丹吉林古尔班通古特都是浩瀚壮观奇景

四说峰林和喀斯特地貌
中国是喀斯特地貌发育最完全桂林阳朔，贵州兴义。
美国没有喀斯特地貌

超级梦幻的地方，移步换景，如入仙境，此行给我印象最深的景点:
从游轮上看到游艇一艘，大家纷纷向这个哥们打招呼:P
又遇到一艘National Geographic的船，在大自然面前也是那么渺小。
继续前进
港湾里飘着的iceberg越来越多，露出水面的只有10%，大部分在水下，所以这里开船要
非常小心。
这些iceberg从哪里来的呢，答案在此，在港湾的尽头是一个冰川叫做Sawyer Glacier
，因为安全原因，我们的大船无法靠近，要做上面那个National Geographic的船可以
开到冰川下面，远距离拍一张，当时雾气很大，隐约可以看到这个冰川。 |

发帖数: 2868 | 45 大弯曲国家公园（Big Bend National Park）位于美国德克萨斯州西南部，是德克萨斯
州最大的国家公园。公园与墨西哥接壤，只有一河之隔，以河中心为国界。这条河在美
国称为Rio Grande，在墨西哥称为Rio Bravo del Norte。这条河在公园这里转了几乎
90度弯，公园便因此而得名。[1]
Big bend national park应该是德州最有名的公园了。去之前对这个公园的景色还是蛮
期待的。无奈星期4，christmas day，开车到了big bend national park以后，因为之
前一天跟guadalupe peak玩命，被风吹的有些头疼。联想到自己马上就要一天开600来
mi回家，实在不想玩的太拼命。 于是乎，在公园的一天先把公园中东部的几个景点走
马观花的看了看，转天把重点放在西边，然后开车回家.
tips
1. 大家如果不是公民，一定要带护照。 因为big bend national park就在墨西哥和美
国的边境上，从big bend出来是要被拦的

一起了？
后者是纯旅游杂志。
个人觉得前者时不时还是有不错的内容的 |
