2011年11月号刊登韓德森（Scott J. Henderson）的文章说，美国和西方对中国的观察
，通常基于政府政策的演变、外交关系、实力重组等因素，但还有另一个有用的参照物
，那就是军队的外语培训。
早在1949年，中国人民解放军就在洛阳建立了外语学院，作为培养国防语言人才的摇篮
。现在洛阳“解放军外语大学”已经培养了5万多名毕业生，担负起军事翻译、军事外
交、国际反恐、联合国维和行动等各项工作。从该校的课程设置可知，这是一所培训(
能破解密碼的)多种语言人才的军事情报学府。
解放军外语大学出版自己的《外语杂志》。1978年至1987年，以英文、俄文、日文、韩

前几天刚看到苹果地图APP出现大规模问题新闻的时候，我下意识认为多半是做那个地
图APP的苹果TEAM里面老印太多了，或者搞不好就是在印度的TEAM做的。不过这两天看
到新闻里面提到这个苹果的地图APP是基于之前他们买的几个公司的技术。其中一个公

「福斯新闻」对全美选民进行的民调显示，美国民众对波士顿马拉松大赛遭到炸弹攻
击，愤怒多于恐惧，并相信作案者迟早会落网。而且美国东北部居民担心遭到攻击，会
因此改变生活习惯的比率也比西部居民高。
58%的人对爆炸案表示愤怒，比感到忧心的人(27%)多出一倍以上，79%的人相信政
府会逮到炸弹客。
62%的人认为这个事件很可能是国内恐怖分子干的，只有20%认为可能是伊斯兰恐怖
分子的「杰作」。

多美国人心生嫉妒。但同时它又拥有世上最古怪的一个互联网。
韩国不允许学龄儿童晚上玩网络游戏；成年人想在晚上玩游戏，则需要提供常住登记号
码，以证明自己已经成年。
直到去年，人们在网上发表评论还是必须依法使用实名的。在网络上搜索资料可能会一
无所获，因为很多韩国网站，包括一些政府部门网站，都拒绝搜索引擎把自己的网页编
入索引。
想从金浦国际机场前往首尔江南区的旅行者，无法从谷歌地图得到有效帮助。在整个韩
