微吃一些主食就很容易超了，粗粮也不行，更别提白米白面了。
目前唯一的主食摄入就是早上的1 cup cereal，就这样早饭一小时测的还都是118之类
的临界值。这样的话营养不够均衡吧？
本来打算买燕麦早餐的，查了一下那个quaker oats，里面的carbs含量超级高啊，1/2
cup就要27g，再加上牛奶里面的carb，我肯定又要超了。
这样下去怎么办啊？难道只能上药吃东西了么？ |

早上的CEREAL不会是煮的那种把，，那个容易吸收不行的。。
你早上吃WHOLE GRAIN OR WHOLE WHEAT 面包片加上芝士，或者鸡蛋，或者煎肉饼，要
碳水化合物加蛋白一起吃才不会高，外加一些生菜西红柿之类的。
（面包片最好要15CARB一片以下的，在超市看一下再买）
还有早上身体激素比较活跃，早上不要喝牛奶，，如果喝牛奶也不要喝热的煮过的，更
加乳糖容易吸收。
如果你FASTING不高，，可以晚上喝牛奶。
还有你一个小时怎么要求这么高，，我2个小时120以下就行了。

奶更容易吸收，一直喝的都是微波炉转过的热牛奶呢，唉。
我吃的是那种盒装的cereal，但是是plain的，外面没有裹糖，换成whole grain的面包
片会好一些吗？本来打算换成煮的燕麦呢。
另外ob给我的标准是1个小时130以下，我经常早上测的都是115-130之间。 |

蛋，喝的是温水（明天试试豆浆）。刚才测了一下，血糖110. Oh Yeah!!
不过早上太忙，晚测了10分钟，估计影响也不大 |

另外，我家宝宝喝奶不是很规律。我试图训练他每4或5个小时吃，但他每次只愿意喝2
或3oz，就睡着呢（叫不醒），一小时后醒来再喝1或者2oz,所以一天喝好多次。我家宝
宝typical的一天：
0am 3oz,sleep
4am 3oz,sleep
6am 1.5oz,sleep（如果跳过6点不给他喝，他醒来会一直哭，不睡）
8am 1.5oz ，sleep
9：30-11:30 play gym，11:30 2oz,
11:45-12:45pm nap,12:45 2oz，
12.45-2pm nap
2-4:30pm play gym,4:30 2-3oz,
4:30-5:30nap,5:30 2oz,
5:30-8:30 play& shower，喝3oz,然后睡到凌晨12点左右再喝。
