Winchester的。本来进了5000Federal，只能别的枪用了，为这支专门进了4000CCI的40
grain.
我的送回Ruger一次，他们说没有问题，建议就用CCI的40 grain。
还有，这枪很响，不亚于9mm。
不过，拿在手里很喜欢，主要给LD用的，但是我的手小，是我所有Pistol里面拿着最舒
服的。 |

AR15 看弹药。XM193 55 Grain 易破碎翻滚，在人体内创伤大，但穿透力弱，7.62x39能

美朋友影响。弹药现在我用：Buffalo Bore .32 ACP +P 75 Grain Hard Cast Flat
Nose。刚好看到油管上有个测试，恰是我EDC的这个枪弹组合，观后更印证了俺每日携
带这个组合的决定之正确。呵呵。

我今天一手一个仔细比较了pumpbernicel & whole grain，卡路里方面，wholegrain还
低10卡每个serving,其他的方面(sugar,protein,fat,fiber，etc..)几乎一样，
pumpernickel 的sodiam含盐量还多1%，每个serving 的carb碳水化合物含量比whole
grain高3-4g
按照nutritio chart的比较，吃这样两种面包因该是一样的效果哦，为啥那么你认为
pumpernickel 最好呢？

Saffiano Leather
Saffiano leather是Mario Prada发明的，是PRADA包的标志性面料之一。显著特点是有
十字纹路。Saffiano leather的原料一般是小牛皮。经过高温和高压的处理后，水分完
全被蒸发掉（我一个朋友管Saffiano叫干尸皮），皮质变得异常坚硬，防水性好，抗刮
伤。至于外观就见仁见智了。我个人不喜欢Saffiano皮，因为它过于光亮，跟漆皮似的
。另外外面的十字纹路是压制而成的，并非原来的纹路。不过这个皮比较好打理,不怕
水不怕脏,坚挺无比,寿命很长。如果买公文包什么的Saffiano皮还是很不错的。但是如
果是追求"奢侈感""贵妇感"的MM就不要买这种料子的包了。

。以前在DC地区的大中华（Great Wall）经常见到，四块多钱一磅，觉得好贵，因为我
们老家很便宜，比青菜稍微贵点，现在老爸说也就2.5人民币一斤；搬到这里看到沃尔
玛更黑，一片要卖一块多，天哪，我要多少片我才能吃一顿，不过我也不能确定那是不
是oyster mushroom，因为就一片一个包装。那天转到附近的nursery 听到mushroom
compost，才激发自己探索种植蘑菇之路。
到网上找菌种，一看价钱放弃了，还不如直接买蘑菇吃呢？可还是不甘心，尤其上
次经刚刚点拨可以自己培养菌种，最近开始研究如何培养菌种。不过从蘑菇培养菌丝这
一步，因不能确认蘑菇，只能到网上购买grain spawn，然后繁殖。今天通过我免费拿
鸡粪的养鸡人找到了卖rye grain的店，买到grain后，就可以定购菌种了。不过不知道
何时才能向大家展示蘑菇成品，敬请大家期待！

SHRED 后再用胶水胶合, 象刨花板样), 不是片皮(片下TOP GRAIN 一薄层贴在其他材料
上做装饰).
百货店里卖的两面光, 1 1/4" 宽, 边上有缝线或着压缝全是假的, 尽管IT 可能写着
GENUINE LEATHER (倒也没100%撒谎). 有些老实的写着BONDED LEATHER.
有些看上去很象一层TOP GRAIN 从头到底, 还要看EDGE, EDGE 上SEAL 起来的都是片皮

品的。

店里有1磅的试用装卖，猫粮2。99，狗粮2。49，我每种口味都拿了一包。
有两个系列，一个grain free,一个不是。 grain free得protein得含量比orijen要低
，fruits/veges的含量增高了。grain-free价位和orijen差不多。
颗粒比orijen都要小不少，无论是猫粮还是狗粮。
口味比orijen丰富，有好几种不同的肉类组合。
绵绵吃了新的，非常非常喜欢，也没有拉肚子。 唯一我不满意的就是猫粮的颗粒过小
了，她都不咀嚼就吞下去了。
天天还没吃，今晚试试。之前他不太喜欢吃orijen得，颗粒太大了。 |

在砂盆外面了。。。
“Grain free”的猫粮也要看成分啊。Natural Balance那个成分列表里第一个就是Pea
，就是说它成分里含量最高的是peas！而猫咪最需要的是meat。。。其他grain free的
猫粮，比如Wellness Core，EVO，Orijen，Blue Buffalo("Wildness"系列)等，其成分
至少前两项(即含量“最高”、“次高”的）都是肉。
来上完在砂盘里就开始叫，跳出来又继续叫，声音很急促，一点不像撒娇，请问大家知
道是怎么回事么？不过尿是正常的呀？？？
都不满意。那个natural balance的干粮也是，说是没有grain成分我才买的，有green
peas，猫也不爱吃，我吃了几颗，有点苦，有点腥，真的没有natural nutro的好吃啊

而且grain free的粮都标榜没有wheat, corn和soy，我不懂，不过既然拿出来当卖点估

而且07年的大recall就是因为gluten被污染了，所以我看见gluten也绕道
剩下的就看牌子了，purina盛产垃圾粮，就算产“好粮”也信不过，就像honda的豪车

gastrointestinal problems，好了几天。后来又吐，吐出来的就是没消化的食物，我
带她去拍x-ray（多谢保险）后说没事。回来后再也不肯吃i.d.了，后来我想可能是对
那个牌子（science diet，兽医给的）里很多的grain过敏，就给她换回了原来吃的
Blue Buffalo，慢慢加点同牌子的罐头和酸奶，南瓜，最后生肉，马上就不吐了，拉肚
子也在两周内好了。现在吃dry, wet and raw food，都是grain-free。过敏有的时候
不是马上的，而是吃到一定量以后才爆发的，试试给他grain-free的干粮？ |

前几天我发帖子问我家的猫为什么行为异常,吃东西后老吐. 昨天带他去看vet 做了抽
血检查,结果发现他kidney is failing. 听到消息后心里乱翻翻的,不知道该怎么做.
vet 问我要不要现在就让他走,我说不,我说就让他享受这最后的日子.我家的猫到我家
才一个多月,已经非常的粘我,常常趴在我的膝盖上睡觉,我也很享受这种时光,但没有想
到这种日子不再多了.我只希望他剩下的日子能够快快乐乐的.:(

从上周六确诊开始，简直是噩梦般的五天。。。
简单说一下背景：
我家有俩猫，大猫奶牛，我05年在他4个月大时领养他的，今年该满6岁了，卡擦过。一
向乖巧可爱，聪明伶俐，饱受人民群众喜爱。没啥缺点，除了嘴馋。身体一直不错，除
了两年前得过一次尿路感染。送vet那里给治好了。后来一直喂Purina UR处方干猫粮，
free－fed；每两三天给一个罐头当treat。（最近出了事情才知道，我这样让他free
fed干猫粮是多么的不健康。。。悔不当初）
去年5月，带他去体检，一切正常，除了略overweight。那时奶牛16磅。
去年11月底，我们搬了家。奶牛非常depressed，不好好吃饭、情绪高度紧张了几天，
后来慢慢恢复了。但是明显看出奶牛瘦了一大圈。以为是stress造成的，见他已经吃睡
如常，玩闹如常，就没太在意。（再次悔不当初。。。）
最近两周，奶牛开始吐猫粮，还偶有拉肚子现象。于是送去看vet。结果查出来是糖尿

发帖数: 16051 | 42 1）Wellness core 主要好在 grain free，grain里面的碳水和植物蛋白是差干粮里主
要的垃圾成分，好多猫还对grain过敏。好猫粮的主要鉴定标准是低碳水，以及前几项
成分是高质量的动物蛋白。我的感觉是蛋白来源最重要，蛋白含量的问题我没有太多研
究，好像是百分之三十几到五十几都可以，具体数据不记得了。没听过高蛋白和肾衰的
关联，求科普～
好一点的食物ash含量应该都不会超标，不用太担心吧
2）小咪的口味还挺挑，看来没有流浪多久吧 =) 你可以试试给他转换成raw，有的人提
倡逐渐过渡，有的人提倡cold turkey转换，不过人家就是不吃的话，也没办法。。。
牙齿问题还是主要靠刷牙吧。我觉得不吃鱼味挺正常的，猫在野外也不会吃鱼，鸡鸭兔
子什么的是最接近他们野生口味的肉类。况且有些鱼吃多了也不好

简单说，狗不吸收这个，还可能引起过敏及其他症状。
现在很多狗粮都在生产grain free的了。

发帖数: 581 | 44 其实很多grain free的都是假广告（或者其实全都是假广告，没有碳水化合物那干猫粮
不就是肉干了？肉干的价格大家都知道……），你仔细看配料的话就会发现，虽然确实
没了grain，但是却加了土豆淀粉之类的东西，总之换汤不换药，价格还高了。
我家猫是纯鸡肉，比grain free干粮便宜，猫吃了屎尿也少（因为都消化了），减轻工
作量。吃这个也不容易吃成大肥猫。 |

发帖数: 367 | 45 也是CREA稍高，小时候做绝育时CREA正常，后来吃grain free dry food,发生UTI，吃
处方粮+Pro Plan Urinary Tract Health Can Food 约2个月。之后一直grain free罐
头加水。后来偶然发现CREA稍高。今年需要洗耳朵又验血，还是CREA稍高。医生化验了
尿样，说他能浓缩尿液。医生说选麻药会注意，麻醉同时补水，观察，洗耳朵问题不大。
CREA偏高的原因，可能是UTI处方粮非处方粮吃多了矫枉过正。归根结底，还是
wellness core/evo grain free dry food惹的祸。 |

现在俩喵每天分3个5.5 oz 外加一cup origen的干粮，每天光吃就7、8块钱，长远下去
觉得有点贵了，并且不是说老吃一个牌子会过敏么？想换粮，但是不知道换什么好。
今天去trader joes顺便买了几个TJ自己家牌子的罐头，看成分没by product还挺不错
，但是里面有Oat。回来打开一罐俩喵就风扫残云般的吃完了，看来是挺爱吃的。俩喵
一直 grain free，不知道吃这个会怎样？看网上对TJ家wet food评价还挺好的。再加
上最近看了一些文章说grain free也不一定适合所有喵，俩喵年纪小身体好，所有犹豫
要不要加点淀粉。
别的比较好点牌子的wet food大多都尝试过。俩喵吃了BFF都吐所以质地太稀的通通不
敢喂了，舒克肠胃不好 weruva 和 natual balance 吃了拉肚子，EVO俩喵不喜欢吃。
Blue和Halo还行，但是也很贵，而且适合一岁以下的只有一种口味的。
到底要换神马呀。。。如果grain free不需要那么严格的话，真挺想换Trader joes试
试呢。

几只猫都喜欢blue buffalo grain free dry food. 而且成分好。
当然他们更喜欢friskies can food，虽然成分不是很好.
Dry treat 是 greenies dental.

that tomcat，hibernate，spring（core & mvc），jersey together can solve. I
do not know your biz requirements. It may work for you. But as a general
guid, doing what you said will have a good chance to fall back to day one -
two tier application.
I am not sure how you handle application tier with ria and regular web
clients. Do you wnat to handle them with web service?
