grain Diet，他的新书好像现在在Amazon卖的很好，请问大家听说过这个人吗？有人尝
试过这种饮食方式吗？
我有个朋友的哥嫂都是Paleolithic diet的信徒，据说这两人非常Fit。对我来说不吃
糖可以尽量尝试，我现在吃的糖也都是Low GI的，但是因为我不吃肉，不吃谷物的话会
比较难。
我觉得VINNIE说的最有意思的一个现象是比赛的时候专业选手只喝白水，Age Group的
人才去抢功能性饮料，我没参加过正儿八经的比赛，不知道这种现象是否属实，如果确
实如此的话Gu和高糖分的功能性饮料可能确实要少用？ |

healthy的干粮搭配罐头挺好的。grain 会引起很多猫拉肚子，呕吐，或是
消化不良（猫本来就不大吸收植物蛋白）。

了，很多是酸碱度的问题，但是没有研究表明单纯跟蛋白质有什么关系。猫是纯肉食动
物，天生就是要吃高蛋白的，一般不存在高蛋白会影响身体健康的事。
蛋白含量高最大的问题是一般同时脂肪含量也会高，所以容易发胖，而且有高血脂的猫

对（正常）猫本身并“不高”。
不嫌麻烦的话，最好是喂罐头喽。主要是保证了一定的摄水量。
其实罐头里把水份去掉，剩下的ingredients里蛋白就占40-50%了。

我用omega-2theta模式测了那个表面，得到了［002］［004］［014］三个peak
直接套用scherrer's formula，得到的结果比较一致

这样做可信么？
我的FWHM是直接把peak fit成gaussian得到的，3个peak看上去都不太对称，都是左半
边（小角度）比右半边高些。需要用2个gaussian来fit么？
如果我想考虑strain和instument broadening的话，可以直接fit这个公式里的A，B，C
么？
