子，加入牛奶等着菌种繁殖就可以了。我想提一提以前我做过kefir，利用kefir grain
做的。 kefir是类似酸奶的饮料。kefir grain http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kefir可以无限繁殖，永远不会死，不像酸奶怕菌种污染，因为kefir grain是非常稳定的，里面含有非常非常多的菌种，不像买的酸奶那样菌种比较单一。科学研究发现这些菌种都有益于身体健康，至少目前没有发现有害的菌种。在而kefir发源地高加索地区也是世界著名的长寿区之一。反正据说健康益处多多。
商业卖的kefir并非真正的kefir, 是选取一些菌种而已。
我以前在http://www.kefirlady.com/买的kefir grain，繁殖很快，whole milk, fat free的都行，只要给奶就繁殖。我周围没什么人可以送的，一般可以繁殖了送给亲朋好友，暂时不用也可以冷冻，只是不要冷冻时间过长，解冻后用鲜牛奶恢复活力即可，或者一段时间不做了索性可以再向亲朋好友要一些。kefir gr... 阅读全帖 |

The swelling behavior of a rice grain in water and
an aqueous NaCl and acetic acid solution was investigated as
a function of temperature. We observed that the rice grain in
water shows an abrupt change in shape and size at 61 C. The

也是含量高啊，中国人常吃的粳米，比如红国宝，属于short grain 的吧。
看结果是, long grain 比short grain 好，白米比糙米好，无机的比有机的好(why???
), 加州印度比南方欧洲泰国好。加州产的那几种亚洲米都不行啊。 |

以下为无reference乱说
有空大家自己goole证实
从long grain到short grain
蛋白质含量降低 但是淀粉含量增加
如果只是做炒饭
完全可以用long grain来做 参见西班牙海鲜炒饭 各色阿三炒饭
都是颗粒分明
国人喜欢吃粘粘的short grain米,寿司米,或者起码是mid grain的
拿这个来做炒饭 需要隔夜..
隔夜这又有了另一个
淀粉变性(老化)的过程
简而言之就是又变硬了不粘了 还多了abcdef 让炒饭更好吃
具体大家自行google
这个同时也算一个tips
如果做了面点 米饭, 要长期存放
放冷冻比冷藏效果更好 |

本不用考虑了吧？那么bonded leather 呢？是不是容易老化开裂，一般寿命是几年？
在local 家具店随便看了看，大概bonded leather 价格 是top grain的一半或者更少
，LD倾向于上真皮，不想买个沙发用两三年就磨损的不能看了，我比较犹豫不知道
bonded是不是那么不经事，也害怕几年之后买大点的房子搬家真皮沙发磕磕碰碰的心痛
。ashley里面一个20年的sales大叔倒是说他从来没听说过bonded leather有那么容易
坏。
bonded leather不是leather，基本就是和vinyl一样。寿命5年以内把。除了
upholstery，沙发寿命更取决于suspension，用bonded leather的沙发不可能有好的
suspension，好的suspension是solid hardwood frame加8 way hand tied spring

油最好要放耐高温的油。 不要用橄榄油。 我用的是cold pressed coconut oil. 玉米
油也可以。当然了黄油会更好吃点。
