我觉得所有的一对一面试，都应该遵循“无招胜有招”的原则。就是说，你大概有些话
题，但谈的时候不要让人觉得你过于“有备而来”。你要让人知道你有能力conduct a
conversation。一个conversation是互动的。老公曾问我到时候吃饭跟大家聊什么，我
说“不知道”。首先要在即短的时间内，对你的interviewees有一个判断，然后决定采
取什么style。别人聊什么，我就聊什么。一个conversation中，每一句话，都是前一
句的自然延伸。这种见机行事的能力，感觉我们中国人通常较弱。所以系里的香港教授
，要我研究一下美国人的TV interview show. 能够连讲几十分钟，没有任何实
质内容，还把大家忽悠的很高兴，这其实是一种难得的interpersonal skill. 中国也
有好多这种人，好多也都当了官了。
实在没东西讲了，you can always ask about 对方的research。没有人会讨厌talk
about himself.

cereal有好多种，whole grain的，或者n 种grain的都比较好，看看热量表就知道了。
貌似没吃那个为减肥过，也没经验给你，我就是早餐爱吃cheerios 小蜂蜜全买圈，
百吃不厌。
oat meal 没啥区别，quicker的有old style的多煮会，instant的就泡泡开水吧。 |

给大家推荐一下sprouted bread. 这种面包不是拿面粉做的，而是把谷物发芽以后做成
面包的。 这种面包有什么好处呢？首先它是whole grain的，谷子里的所有营养物质都
在。其次谷物在发芽以后，能把种子里的营养转化成人体更能吸收的氨基酸。 所以对
身体很好。
这种面包要注意的是不能用高温烤，高温下里面的营养物质就会破坏。 所以一般要在
275F以下烤制。
这种面包因为营养太丰富了，所以很容易发霉。所以多见在冰柜里卖的。要吃的时候拿
出来，微波炉20-30秒就可以了。
可以在whole food, trader Joe,以及大部分的超市的冰柜里买到。 味道都很不错。
trader joe里就是放在普通面包架上卖的，买回家最好立马放冰箱。有一种叫dave's

meal，算下来比其他地方买的小包装的要便宜很多。每次路过我都有买回来的冲动，但
是只能告诫自己不能买，买了也是浪费，为什么呢？油和粗粮的最佳使用期限其实远远
短于他们袋子上所标示的过期日期！
拿粗粮来说，因粗粮含有胚芽，内含油脂，很容易受光，热，潮湿等影响而变质。注意
,这些有以油脂变质后,就成了能导致疾病的有毒物质了! 如果磨成面后，那就更容易坏
了，因为与空气接触的面积更大了。总的来说，粗粮应保存在密封容器里，能冷藏就更
好了。那么，到底可以保存多久呢？以常温为例 （谁家也不能把大包粮食都放冰箱吧
）糙米六个月，燕麦四个月，whole wheat flour 三个月，小米只有两个月。Whole

ral了不好看；太有个性了又不容易配套跟改变颜色。不要相信沙发套的传说：只有拉的
特别平整的时候才好看，随便坐两下就皱皱的了，不好伺候的很。皮沙发呢，颜色就可以
很neutral，white, ivory, brown, charcoal, black等neutral都行，好配套，看起来也
更气派跟有男人气。
打定主意要买个皮的了以后，就是啥样子跟价位的了。千万注意Not all leather sofas
are created equal。虽然都盖个leather的帽子，其实这里头猫腻多了去了。首先一定要
看是不是top grain的。最好的就是牛屁股头层皮，cow hind top grain
leather。description上没有这句，建议你不要看了。有的虽然也号称是100% leather，
但是是用下层皮做的，等于是真皮组织，甚至包括一部分脂肪组织，韧性不好爱起皱以外
，寿命还不长，容易裂，尤其是在干燥的环 |
