透过屋内的百叶窗，看外面的环境是多么的美好啊！在国内的时候，我们只是知道，外
面环境好，福利好，只有真正到了这个国家生活，才知道，一些真实的情况.就像专门
捕食昆虫的植物一样，外表很美，还散发着香甜的花粉味，，只要你一进来，就把你吸
干！
为什么说败絮其中呢！
第一，居住环境.外面的环境确实很美，但是，一个人多数时间，是在自己房屋里的。
一般一代移民过来的人，买房子几乎都是要租给别人的，一个家庭很难供的起。如图中
的炉灶，高峰时候，要三四户人轮着煮，而且卫生间也要排队。
那有人问，为什么不买CONDO（国内的单元房）呢？
原因很简单，这边CONDO的管理费可以用天价来形容，我的一个朋友，大概三居室的房

上个世纪八、九十年代，我单位的一位领导使尽浑身解数，甚至动用了来查阅资料
的外国学者的力量，终于如愿以偿地将自己的儿子送到了国外，引来单位里无数人的羡
慕与嫉妒。但不久之后，噩耗传来：其子在比利时卧轨自杀。据说，在生命的最后一刻
，他用一把雨伞遮住自己的视线，一步一步缓缓地走向疾驰而来的火车。一个风华正茂
的年轻人，就这样孤零零地惨死在异国的土地上。
这个年轻人为什么宁死也不回国呢？据一对知情的老知识分子夫妇所说，他其实一
直无法适应国外的生存环境，曾一再向家人表达回国的意愿，却遭到父亲的百般阻挠。
他的父亲出生于穷苦的农民家庭，靠着自己先天的聪明才智与后天的艰苦努力，考上了
北大研究生，并且最终坐上了国务院直属机构局级领导的宝座。如此成功的一生使他产
生了这样的人生信念：有志者，事竟成，并将其视为放之四海而皆准的真理。于是便对

仅限我所学的经济学知识来说，RMB升值会打击出口，但也有可能为产业升级创造机会
。这个和汪洋08年的提议差不多。RMB升值后，会死一批小制造商，没有什么竞争力的
。 而且出口减少后，制造商会多放点精力在内需市场上。另外有个优点我能想出来的
就是，出口减少，LABOUR FACTOR会被释放一批，这些人如果能引导回到原籍，可能对
东西均衡发展有帮助，毕竟他们是毕竟SKILLED的LABOUR.

记得2010年“诺贝尔和平奖事件”引起一些国人的强烈反弹。官方的《环球时报
》招集了“七位中国知名学者谈2010年诺贝尔和平奖”。这七位大腕当然不可能是“右
派”；在中国的语境中一般被视为“左派”。但有趣的是，这七个“左派”以诺奖话题
开场，讲着讲着有人就跑了题，骂起“福利国家”来了。例如，中国社会科学院政治学
研究所所长房宁如是说[1]：
前段时间去欧洲考察，到了英国、希腊、匈牙利。这才意识到，金融危机其实是
一次福利主义的危机，背后是西方的政治体制。西方自罗斯福“新政”以后，改变了传
统的政治合法性。此前政治合法性本质是压制与管束，“新政”把“压制合法性”变成
“福利合法性”，对老百姓实行甜头主义。但福利主义政治积累了大量的问题，惰风四
起。政党政治、议会民主更使社会失去了纠偏能力，以至积重难返，终于酿成了这次危
机。这不是小问题，它也许意味着一种文明的衰落。现在西方对待新兴国家也没什么好
办法，弄个什么“和平奖”恶心人，其实也没什么大不了。
