为地毯的折旧年限。
如果租户有损坏地毯或者造成地毯不可逆的污渍,租户要付一定的赔偿。赔偿金额是基

我准备出庭,并有信心打赢。我手里有我过去几个月发给房东的email和信件,
要求他解决房子出现的问题,可是他从来没有理过我。任何电话和联系方式
我都找不到他,我甚至曾经认为房东出意外了。我欠了他三个月的房租,主要
是因为房子的问题给我惹了无数麻烦,而且担心房东失踪了我那一个半月的
deposit要不回来。
月底开庭,我想着要不要请一个律师,主要想让我的恶房东受到他应得的惩罚,
我希望达到的目标是:
1) 要求把自从房子出现问题之日起的房租减半,这样房东还要倒赔我几千块钱。
2) 我需要中断我早已定好的休假,另买机票从外地提前返回出庭,要求房东赔偿

1. generally, US custom doesnt refuse taiwanese into US. Strange it happens.
Find out why.
2. After all, has to contact the tenant himself. It is his stuff after all.
3. If the tenant is a good person, he should agree that landlord to put his
stuff in the storage. Or he agrees to send landlord the rent in money order
to cover the rent. |

But I don't see anything wrong if tenant keeps AC on all day long, even landlord doesn't like that.
