赶紧去车后座拿猫粮喂她， 看她嘁嘁嚓嚓，狼吞fu咽的吃着，就知道她一定饿了不少
天了， 可怜的猫咪！聪明的猫咪， 历尽千难， 总算找回家了。。。到现在我也没想
明白KIKI是怎样找回家的， 如果你知道。。请赐教！
我在前面提过， 家里大袋的狗粮，猫粮都放在后院的shield里， 这天又去装狗粮了，
猛然发觉有好几只四至六cm 的MICE从袋 里窜出来，把我吓的立刻用波鞋踩。。。
However, 它们跑得太快，根本就 踩不着。。。 可怜我的一袋狗粮和猫粮，被老鼠粒
粒都咬过，只好扔掉； Shield里还部满了鼠屎。。。外加挥之不去的恶臭。。。
初步打扫之后， 就给KIKI安了一个窝， 次日早上， 噢呜。。。。 太棒了！！ 三只
mice死在了KIKI的利爪下。。。哈哈！！
自从KIKI从公园找回家后， 我的后园就彻底为KIKI敞开了，后门多数时候都是为她开
着的， 而她也没有滥用我的信任， 通常只在后院遛达， 找个舒服的地方晒太阳， 出
去小走一番， 就回家了。

Related to this, I have a couple classmates at SCU did not go home during spring feastival, they got so hungary, they chased and killed a bunch of rats at NO.4 buiding and they cooked it and then thought about where they were growing and eating, no one could take a single bite, lol |

症状：
几天前买回来的thinkpad Edge431 laptop,在lenovo官网的outlets买的新机，自带
windows 8系统。买回来发现，touchpad和小红点不能用,偶尔能使用电脑键盘；但外接
键盘和鼠标使用一直工作很好。
给电脑装上ultranav和synaptics驱动，立即重启，还是不能用touchpad/小红点，
Lenovo solution弹出仍然显示有驱动没安装，找到硬件列表，在hidden list的mice项
里看到这些驱动一直是disabled状态。即使卸载后重装仍然不能用，mice项里还是
disabled状态。
请教高手如何解决问题？不行的话，只能退货了。

六月七号的早上，整个课程正式开始。每天的安排都是早上由一个教授做三个小时
的讲座，下午做实验，然后晚上又是一个教授做三小时的讲座。六月七号早上的报告是
主讲老师Blanche Capel做的，主要是介绍小鼠做为实验模型动物的历史，以及小鼠遗
传学的基本知识。这个课程主要涉及小鼠的发育，遗传上的东西谈的比较少，算是一个
不足之处。Blanche的报告比较系统，介绍起来会颇费笔墨，所以我想推迟到以后的连
载中来仔细讨论。首先介绍一下六月七号第一天的实验课所教的一些基本技能。
万事开头难，要想把小鼠实验做好了，需要会一些基本功。首先一个问题是怎么避
免老鼠咬你。按照主讲老师Blanche的说法就是“you have to feel comfortable with
mice before mice feel comfortable with you”。这个说法是很有道理的。实验室
用鼠本来就是从宠物鼠繁殖而来，性情比较温和，只要不去猛烈刺激它，它就不会咬
你。如果处理老鼠的时候有足够信心，动作就不会很笨拙，这样老鼠就不会因为紧张而

mice doesn't eat "南瓜子、海带、菠菜、坚果" regular (so more Mg do help),

so taking more additional Mg may not do any good, even possibly cause some

camk promoter 的公的，后代也时不时出来几只 total KO，所以一般新老鼠，你要把
脑心肝肾皮肤什么的都做一遍pcr，还有dynamic的KO时间，来确定它是不是specific
的，和KO时间是不是和你想要的一致。 |

进去的精子的chromosomes立刻可以被process。如果是在精子里的话，它还需要时间

就不是想要的KO了。
如果要从卵子就KO，可以直接用＋/- x ＋/- ,这样的话第一代随便找一个泛表达的
cre 就行了，公的母的都无所谓
也不知道lz要的是哪种，参考一下 |

然后第二代用A+/- x A+/-，以后实验和保持老鼠line也通通是这样，这样比较的时
候没有父母的影响，而且你一次性有control A +/+， knockdown A+/- 和 KO A-/-
， 多出来的A+/- 正好用来生下一批。
F2 不要把cre带进去，带进去了说不定有cre插入位点的影响，这个你还没法证明，你
自己分析结果也不放心，以后reviewer也很可能揪住这个不放。

我也觉得带着Cre不放心, 怕reviewer以后揪住不放. 不过我可能只有两代老鼠,
第一代就是分别homo, 第二代A+/- Cre +/-, 然后准备在胚胎里面直接比较, 虽然概率
低一点, 但比较快. |

实验不会这么快的，你可以从cre就开始实验你的protocol, hypothesis什么的，这个

巴静脉看哥哥器官的cancer.
不过总体来说, metastasis suppressor 比较难确认, 因为in vivo的实验是必须的,
而且实验方法不太多. 所以你看看文献里面metastasis suppressor确认的数目不多.
有几篇review讲了这个问题, 我现在找不到, 你自己查查吧.
如果是rumor suppressor and metastasis suppressor, 实验会有些难度, 我也不太有
经验.
