发帖数: 269 | 8 If money is not an issue, time definitely is since you (or people in the company) are starting from zero. So plan accordingly and have something else going while
you are waiting for the knock out mice. It can easily take up to 1 year
before you have enough mice to perform your experiment. Also make sure that
the gene hasn't been knocked out by others. It would save you a lot of time if you can get the mice somebody already made. |

按照我的估算，和老鼠里 1－3mg/kg 大体相当。

volume of individual mice. Therefore, it is easier to inject mg of
compound per kg of mice because you can weight the mice immediately before
injection. Btw, the conversion unit from animal to human is established by

不少，比如这是前三个
Cytochrome P-450 CYP2E1 knockout mice
Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor knockout mice
Toll-like receptor 2-deficient mice
等等还有一堆，除了传统的insulin IGF通路相关的，很多基因我也不知道还有这功能
。所以如果你用这些KO也可能因为他们其他方面的功能吧。 |

system. Richard Flavell lab is working on this for many years but still

Differentiation of myeloid progenitor into monocyte/osteoblast/osteoclast
could be influenced. We have litter evidence for it, but not enough.
We found there is more osteoclast in KO mice compared to WT ctl at the same
age. and bone density is less compared to control mice.
As for your suggestion: Meyloid progenitor 分化成monocyte/osteoblast/
osteoclast那一类细胞的分化通路受到影响了么.

要能吞下去的,而且只要喂就会吃总也不会停,好象是上辈子饿死鬼一样.我看蛇就是长
