Myth：桥牌可以每张牌都算清楚，拖拉机不能。
Truth：通过设计复杂的叫牌体系，桥牌中每个人的牌力比较清楚，大牌的分布更加明
确，但是小牌的分布不能作到都算清楚。
因为拖拉机亮牌过程相对于桥牌的叫牌比较简单，因此初期更加依靠想像力，随着牌局
进程，牌的分布更加明显。
Myth：对于拖拉机而言，最佳打法是把牌摊开分析打得的。
Truth：所谓最佳打法，并不是把牌摊开分析打得的。而是在某个局面下，通过分析已

我先给个摘要，有兴趣的自己买书读，Amazon的读者对这个书评价很好
从理性角度讲，没有人愿意去投票，因为这样很花时间，而且个人的一票
改变不了什么。另外，大部分的选民对政治都有错误的认识，经常自相矛盾
而且麻烦的是，该书作者认为这种错误的认识在投票中并不能被互相抵消，
而是会出现系统性错误，就是大家犯同样的错误，作者给了一些支持这个观点
的研究成果，比如大部分美国人对自由贸易的理解就是错的，所以现在保护主义
抬头。再比如一般选民喜欢就业率而不是生产率，强烈反对公司裁员。其实只
有让公司有裁员的自由，公司才会更加愿意雇人。生产率提高了技术进步，
会创造出新的职业，而一般选民却错误的认为这些新的职业工资比旧的职业低。
结果就是出现民主的myth，投票选出来的政府不行或者政府的政策错误。
所以 作者 认为要想解决美国的问题，应该减少民主。他提出了以下方案：
- 让选民参加考试来获取投票资格
- 不是一人一票，而是让牛人拥有更多选票
- 不再鼓励增加投票率，对政治不感兴趣的最好就别出来投票
- 在学校普及经济学知识。 |
