(US) and took a blood test for stomach virus check.
I noticed the tube was from a package, but somehow I did not notice where
the needle came from.
I look at the needle and it was also clean to me.
Should I worry about any infection? Where did the needle came from? Walk in
with a needle?

合理，让人一目了然，好的变量和函数方法名比comment强100倍。还有就是简洁不要牺

写简洁漂亮的代码最好的办法就是多看看牛人是怎么写的，和写作一样，熟读唐诗三百

7月份b超是这样的，大家看看像不像恶性? 甲状腺双侧叶及峡部大小形体正常，被膜光
滑，腺体组织回声欠均匀，稍增粗，甲状腺左叶内见多处大小不等低等回声结节，较大
者位于腺体浅层，大小2.4*1.0cm,边界清晰。右叶中部深面似见0.7*0.4等回声结节，
边界欠清晰,CDFI上述结节周边可采集散在血流信号。左颌下见1.7*0.8淋巴结回声，左
颌下见2.1*0.9淋巴结回声。
8月份在国内另一家做的，想看一下那个大的变大没，没想到不同医院仪器不一样，没
法比较：甲状腺右叶1.79cm,峡部厚0.32cm,左叶厚1.89cm,实质回声增粗欠均，甲状腺
左叶可见中等回声结节，大小约2.36*1.15cm,边界尚清CDFI:期内可见血流信号显示，

双手抖的像筛糠。他说给我冲洗一下牙齿，拿了一个针筒就伸进去，我吓得叫了一声，
结果人家比我叫的还厉害，简直就是吼：It's not a needle!!!It's not a needle!!!
一边吼一边跺脚！！
我想我好歹是个孕妇，你明晃晃的伸着针头杵过来，之前也没说是不是打麻药，我知道
是不是needle啊！再说你吼个屁啊，老娘又不是求着白让你看，我会付钱的好不好！！
之后我也没怎么配合，他让我去拍X光，我说不去，我的牙床肿了拍什么X光？人家说不
拍就是against law。然后给我一个地址让我去拍。我出来了就没再理他。
后来我OB推荐了一个医生，是个温柔的MM。帮我洗了那颗牙齿，嘱咐用温盐水漱口。现
在已经好了。

医生给我示范的时候是扎肚子的，倒是不疼，针是4毫米长的，最短的那种吧，不过我
总有心理障碍，怕伤到什么，所以回家就扎的大腿，不过听说肚子是最好的部位，吸收
快，我打了两天，感觉胰岛素没啥奇效，嘀咕是不是该扎肚子，恰巧医生不在，所以上
来问问经验。
即便是普通人，也不是什么地方都能扎的，我有张图，肚子，侧腰，大腿正面，上手臂
内侧，这些部位才可以打的，上面确实写着肚子是最好的部位。
我肚子还好，没啥stretch，跟平时状态差不多，估计还有fat吧，呵呵，就是感觉扎肚
子特恐怖也，心里有障碍。

needle我是想到换了就换，有时一天一个，有时几天一个，那个needle不费，费的就是
strip,要是自己负担strip会比较贵，平均大概是1.5刀一个，那一天要测4次，也就是
说一天至少要花6刀的。我是保险每月拿noodle和strip，已经用了200跟strip了。 |

吃完了饭,我跟着前面腐友的车向seattle center 前进,等跟到了space needle,遇到了
红绿灯,前车冲过去了,把我留下了.从此就开始了噩梦般的落队历程.
好不容易在离space needle数英里的地方找到了街趴.然后一个人开始兴高采烈的向着
space needle的方向前进.当我快走到的时候发现前面有一条快速路挡在面前,不但车速
快而且中间有隔离墙,看了半天似乎没有翻过去的可能.于是开始往回走--取车.
我开着车围着Queen Anne绕了半天,也没有找到上Kerry Park的路,就在这个时候突然发
现没油了,于是沿着一条陌生的路找加油站,等我找到加油站的时候才发现自己离家已经
不远了(都快到动物园了).不过这时候离2009年还有40分钟,凭着残存的一点点勇气,调
头重新往kerry park开.这次还比较顺利,上了山,发现山脚下其实就有一个加油站.等我
到了Highland Ave 比较顺利的找到了趴位.此时还希望能找到大部队.但是我搞不清楚
公园在哪个方向呀.就这样东一头西一头的乱闯,始终也没有找到公园入口.简直是 |

NEEDLE更烂漫。 因为SPACE NEEDLE上吃的不太好吃。 而且走在SPACE NEEDLE附近乱
乱的，还不好停车。 不象SALTY附近， 下午可以在BEACH上走走， 有些很温馨的咖啡
店什么的坐坐。 然后去吃饭。 停车也方便。 SALTY大概一个菜20多30刀。 他们家的
葡萄酒超载人的。我在超市买同样的酒4刀， 他们那卖20刀。
SALTY的SUNDAY BRUNCH也很有名的。 有现场钢琴伴奏哈。 去这家也要顶位子， 不过
好像没那么紧张。 但最好提前几天顶。 周末的很紧张的。 |

俺倒是很喜欢。我扔的needle都是gibbs的，总觉得扔的漂，danny也一样，都感觉不好
扔。远不如pencil和spook。
嗯，我原来用manual bail解决反弹，一直也觉得还行。
这个season没时间钓鱼，猫在家里时间多。不过季节末整了个bailess 704Z，想练练
manual pickup，到附近水边试试，感觉还是不得要领，至今不敢晚上用。总是感觉指
头钩不住线，钩住了也不知道怎么顺滑的一带就放上齿里。
你是不是也用的fireline，估计是不是fireline比pp好控制？
能不能简单描述下这个小trick？谢谢！

虽说没走多远，也算出国了，新鲜的东西还是不少的，路边随处可见的恐龙就很吸引眼
球，我抓了一只，力气很大，一下没按住跑了！
第二天出门钓鱼，早起海滩上试了会儿，当时是高潮，风大浪大，小饵根本扔不出去，
2oz的bucktail在风里也轻飘飘的，换了几个位置，扔了几十竿，海底跟荒漠一样，看
不到任何希望。
下午去了保安推荐的一个地方，据说有大鱼，还说出租太贵，建议我坐公交车，地名的
发音半天没学会，干脆拿纸条抄了下来，开出一段公交司机让我下车，以为没多远了，
结果背了一大包铅坠勺子走走问问，走了1.5公里。到地方一个钓鱼的都没有，只有一
个老莫大妈坐那儿，一句“我的英语不咋的”说得字正腔圆。跟她聊了会儿才知道这头
比较荒凉，没什么人坐公交车，司机为了省时间/油出了酒店区就回去了，被坑了一把
。据说这地方扒了裤衩很多，我各式勺子扔了一圈，毛豆没有。过河口的公路桥正在修
，桥墩周围围了一圈铁架，铺着木板，干活的老莫们午休时间拿手线钓鱼玩，我看着那
地方不错，他们在干活没好意思过去，看他们开钓我也凑上去了，这回是真不会说英语

Canyonlands NP本身是一块完整的空间，但被贯穿公园的Colorado River及其支流
Green River从中心的位置割裂成了三个相对独立的部分，最北边的那个就是Island in
the sky。这里算故地重游了，上一次来差不多是七年前，也是在冬季。那是我第一次
来美国西部，荒原上的壮美给我留下了极深的印象，以致很多年之后Canyonlands都还
是我最喜欢的国家公园之一。这次再来，却觉得不过尔尔，看来也不是所有的美好都禁
得起推敲。从Moab出发，沿着191走没多久左边就是去公园的岔路。刚拐进去的时候是
穿行在大片大片红色的断崖里，有些地方两侧的崖壁上有很规整的褶皱，一片片的好像
屏风。这个应该是开山凿路留下的痕迹吧，如果是天然的也太神奇了。之后路随地势慢

16号公路到小镇 Custer，走16A号公路，转89号公路向北进入考斯德州立公园（Custer
State Park）。
开到头就是87号公路，这个就是所谓的针山之路（Needles Highway）。
先向北开，到头后掉头往东南开始欣赏。
这是路上的单向隧道。

发帖数: 315 | 30 第四日开车直奔南加，之间经过那些可玩可见的都已熟烂于心，也就没有再次停留
。12日-16日见了些朋友，吃吃饭，叙叙旧，看了变形金刚和哈利波特，购物还是购物。
17日返回三番，途径一片果园，买了樱桃和草莓，超级好吃，一口咬下去都能听到
果肉在嘴里爆开的声音，甜汁直接冲进牙根儿，比国内百元一斤的进口草莓进口樱桃好
吃多了。不枉我多忍了两个月。
18日晚三番周围的朋友小聚于Fremont的韶山冲，19日LD开会，有美女陪我逛
Stanford Shopping Center。20日返回Medford，Oregon，途径三番北面小城Vacaville
的outlet。21日直奔西雅图，宿朋友家中。
22日逛downtown西雅图。最初的计划是去Olympic NP和Mt.Rainier,朋友说从他家
去要三个小时，路也不好走。鉴于转天又要坐飞机，也只好悻悻地改变计划了。
西雅图整体的感觉是跟三番非常的像！天气（晴朗的时候),地形地貌，城市风格等

今天是紧张而充实的一天。早上爬起来去South Maui浮潜，地点是之前探好的小海滩Po
'olenalena。本来想三个都去，不过既然都在South Maui, 相隔也不算远，就只选择了
这个所谓最好的。书上说尤其是右边的珊瑚礁，基本上还很少人探索，状况比较好，
于是直奔主题。 就在这片珊瑚礁的前边的沙滩上，一个女子正在用鲜花摆放成个圆圈
，要在这下水，正准备就近放下gear，这个女的过来说她是工作人员，正在布置婚
礼现场，希望附近不要有人或者物品，不然摄像会不好看。好吧，于是把背包什么的远
远放在树下，下水。清晨的Maui，很美，对面的岛半山腰被罩上薄薄一层白雾
，恰似新娘的面纱，清新明媚，还带着一点点娇羞。清晨的大海也是宁静和远，小小的
浪花温柔地亲吻着双脚。这里有一大片珊瑚礁，很多鱼，状况介于honolua bay和
Kahekili之间。珊瑚礁附近很多鱼，还看见一只在水底熟睡的海龟。
我潜得很开心，打算上岸歇会。快到岸边的时候，透过面镜就看见一群人聚集在花环附
近，看来婚礼已经开始了，我还是不要打扰他们的好，于是专门绕到新人的后面打算从

（1）准备
2017 年的夏天眼看就要过去了，领导安排了孩子暑假的最后两个星期休假。第一个星
期就是去西雅图及Mount Rainier National Park, Olympic National Park。真正开始
准备也就是提前两个多礼拜，有点仓促，很难找到性价比很高的旅馆了。在本版考古了
一下，最后的行程安排是：
第一天：飞到西雅图。下午游览 Museum of Flight. 考虑到孩子还小，没有订参观
Boeing 飞机工厂。
第二天：游览西雅图市区。Space Needle, Glass museum, Pike Street Market,
Waterfront.
第三天：Mount Rainier. Full day 来回。
第四天：Olympic National Park
第五天：继续 Olympic National Park, 然后回到西雅图。
第六天：飞回家
前三天住在西雅图的一家Airbnb, 第四天晚上住在 Forks。第五天回到西雅图，找不

这次讲NIKON FE. 这个FE 发布于1978年,是 NIKON 用来取代高档业余机电子快门系列
中的 EL2. NIKON 的电子快门机总比同代的机械快门机晚一年, FE 比 FM 晚一年, FE2
也比 FM2 晚一年.
FE 也是 NIKON 单反MODERNIZATION 后的机器, 所以它跟它所取代的EL2 没有什么相似
之处, 反而和它的姐妹机 FM 是用同一个框架, 外形,操控,手感 等等都和 FM 极其相
象, 那个时代 NIKON 还是拒绝在业余机的正面打上机器型号, 所以从外形上看一眼看
不出哪个是 FM 哪个是 FE, 只有看速度盘和系列号才能分辨.
有些人认为只有机械快门的相机才能算经典, 因为电子线路寿命只有十几年. 我看法电

I think the diagnosis of Cardiac Tamponade can be made even without Echo in
this case. Cardiac Tamponade is a clinical diagnosis.
This patient is hemodynamically unstable, isn't it urgent to tap some water
out to relieve the pressure to heart before any diagnostic test?
Of caourse the term paracentesis is not a good one, if this option
change to pericardiocentesis, which one would you choose?

injection, hold the needle for at least 5 seconds before you pull it out.
That seems to be helpful to me. |
