可能对大多数人来说都是人生第一辆自己拥有的车吧，在国内虽然开过几年车，但车子
是老头子的，没什么感情。
我的第一辆车是92年的grand caravan awd，便宜实用而且下雪天很安全。开了4年多了
大修没有小修不少。虽然抛锚过2次都是在自己的town里面，没让我太为难。年初来加
州了以后，这辆van目前暂时是女朋友在以前的学校做买菜车用，她年底毕业以后来我这就要给
她买新车了。
这辆van今年夏天还帮我搬了一次家，一来一回一共1600多miles，长途+几乎超载，虽
然有点心惊胆战，也没有让我失望。现在马上打算处理掉了反而有点舍不得的感觉。它
带我去过不少从来没去过的地方，还有很多刚来美国的回忆。不知道大家是不是也有这
种感觉，可能是我自己比较神经质

100%是Metric的，找那些毫米的套筒。另外换刹车的话前片你需要一个C-Clamp，后片
你可能需要一个needle nose plier或者一个小方块来turn活塞。如果是后鼓的话建议
找人弄吧很麻烦的。拧螺丝的话建议你找一套1/2" drive的，3/8的费力气。另外别忘
搞点刹车用的固体润滑油。 |

don't cover under warranty.
I replaced it for $222 in an autoglass shop.
$185 glass
+ $25 for some sealing belt around the glass for forester
+ tax.

往tie rod end胶皮里打点油。花费20多。解决了的话别忘发包子；不对的话，损失也
不大。
换一个tie rod end去店里一百多；动一下cv joint更不止这个数。 |

一起回收，每个箱子上都有序列号。
医院里的waste不光bio hazard waste，连办公纸都要装专门加锁的垃圾箱，有专门的
垃圾车来收，现场粉碎后装车的。
bio hazard, radiative, needle这种混入一般垃圾箱后的EPA罚款是很可观的，比如你
要把teflon的工作服扔到普通垃圾箱被recycle发现了，罚款至少5万刀。
所以医院的大型垃圾箱就是一般的垃圾箱。 |

一名刚入职美国亚马逊的华裔(专题)技术员工，因为自己在公司内部遭受“不公正
待遇”，近日从该公司总部位于西雅图(专题)市区的十二层办公楼上跳下，身受重伤。
该员工在跳楼之前给数百名员工发出了一封内部邮件，控诉自己遭受的不公待遇，
收件人包括亚马逊创始人兼 CEO杰夫·贝佐斯。
该员工信中表示，他明明很认真工作，但却被自己上司扣上绩效有问题，并且威胁
他的同事给他“bad review”（同事相互评分打差评）。
但证据显示，该名员工从入职到现在三个月提交的代码已经超过万行，从数字上来

看着这么些人都在吵来吵去，就没有人去好好算算这个所谓MagR符不符合物理所原理，
看看这个加州理工教授的批判：
人家这数学公司推来推去，算出来这些都make no sense，MagR活着所谓ferritin产生
的牛顿力不足以拉动蛋白后者激活离子通道。
至于GCaMP信号，任何一个做钙离子的实验室都会看到有些细胞，尤其培养状态不佳时
，总有莫名其妙几个细胞就会漏点钙进来。。。没有任何的机制推理就充充claim什么
“magnetogenetic control”，真的太功利了。。。也许清华北大生命科学院的压力太
大，动不动要世界一流，也学结构生物学可以yg这样搞，其他的领域，逼的PI们非得弄
