待遇”，近日从该公司总部位于西雅图(专题)市区的十二层办公楼上跳下，身受重伤。
该员工在跳楼之前给数百名员工发出了一封内部邮件，控诉自己遭受的不公待遇，
收件人包括亚马逊创始人兼 CEO杰夫·贝佐斯。
该员工信中表示，他明明很认真工作，但却被自己上司扣上绩效有问题，并且威胁
他的同事给他“bad review”（同事相互评分打差评）。
但证据显示，该名员工从入职到现在三个月提交的代码已经超过万行，从数字上来
讲没有理由被质疑绩效低。所以该员工上诉HR部门要求让其调离该部门，HR 也同意了。
但是原来的上司却设套路百般阻挠，原因是，在亚马逊，如果新员工在半年之内转
