oatmeal有三种，instant的，热水一冲就好，old fashioned，是压扁的，一片一片的
，steel
cut的，就是把oat切成几块，煮出来既creamy又有嚼头，很好吃，而且有丰富的可溶和
不可溶
fiber。
而且，很方便做。
1. 1 cup steel cut oat + 4 cup water，煮开一会儿（<1 min）
2. 关火，盖盖子闷一会儿（到oat吸满了水，水几乎看不到了）
3. 小火，不时搅一下，几分钟就好
可以做一大锅，每次吃的时候盛出来一点，微波一下就好了。可以加牛奶，红糖，葡萄
干，or 咸菜，
or whatever you want，也可以什么都不加。 |

养损失
最少，口味最好的。除了instant的，其他两个都是要煮的。
steel cut的没有把oat压平，就是把oat切开几下，所以比old fashion的更有嚼头，更
好吃。
steel cut不是instant的，有的人煮很久呢，slow cooker煮几个小时的都有。我是想
尽量用简单
有效的方法做出好吃又有营养的oatmeal。先煮开，oat就可以更好的吸水。吸水以后也
还可以再用小
火煮，这样会更稠更好吃。还可以再加牛奶煮，这样更creamy。
我的不是用闷烧锅，就是平常的锅。 |

4am 3oz,sleep
6am 1.5oz,sleep（如果跳过6点不给他喝，他醒来会一直哭，不睡）

又喂，11点半刚喂过，间隔一个小时又喂，下午四点半五点半也是间隔一个小时喂。宝
宝根本就不饿，当然吃的少了。
看下来觉得作息挺混乱的，宝宝现在应该每顿白天吃的多，晚上吃的少。去看看clb慢
慢往上面靠吧。调整到clb 4个月作息有难度的话，可以先按照3个月的时间表试试。
有的宝宝吃rice cereal会便秘，有的不会。直接吃oat也是可以的。
