一个70岁的老太太因为行走困难坐在我面前，脸上几块黑青显示最近摔跤跌倒。
我打开EMR，发现她6个月前开始有行走问题，我让她用拐杖，同时开始寻找原因： 她
有RLS所以一直在看我，我给她开了Ropinirole 1 mg qhs， 效果不错。她没有其他什
么大病，因为她有腿麻，所以做了EMG/ncv，发现轻度的neuropathy，这不大可能是行
走困难的原因。 做了个CT，发现她有陈旧脑血栓，挺大的中风，但是中风部位也不能
解释行走困难。 其他一些化验检查以及MRI of Spine都是阴性。 我心里想，真是见了
鬼了，居然我不能解释她不能行走的原因。
当时诊所病人很多，护士在提醒我要快一点，我已经够快的了，上午不到2小时已经看

才报案，证据已经灭失”为由结案，但几乎每年都会被提起。最近因为复旦大学

progress，因为个体差异太大。就看医生有没有信心靠药物 控制 H，至少让她看着 正
常。
但，在强大的 竞选压力下，身体可以靠药物支撑，那精神力能不能也靠 药物，会是一
个大问号。
2，要是想换，就是早换，还是晚换问题；
晚换，就得冒着 Hillary 在 debate 时对 民主党大选会不会造成不可逆的破坏，再说
出啥更可悲的话；
早换，GOP/trump这边有时间打，Sanders 这边有时间闹！
从奥巴这八年在危机面前的处理上，我估计，这家伙不会主动做任何决定，会一拖，在
拖，让事情自己play out，这样不会担责任。而且，H这边 更不会主动让的，会坚持，
坚持，再坚持！ |

帕金森综合症会导致吞咽这样的基本动作出错。唾液和食物咽到气管里，导致呛水式咳
嗽。因为唾液和异物touch声带，导致剧烈咳嗽，声音沙哑。经常性的液体残留在气管
，导致肺炎。劳累，压力大，抵抗力差，肺炎就会发作，但不传染。
帕金森综合症最主要的死亡原因就是肺炎。
