小弟2011年开始做博后，按照学校的要求2016年postdoc做完，所以想在2015年开始找
工作。
因为是在国内读的博士，所以不太清楚美国这边的体系，尤其是教学体系，这是个弱点
。也不太清楚，什么时候，在什么地方找招人的信息。
所以现在一头雾水。
我的背景是，生物基础医学，用fly研究neurodegeneration。具体一点儿，是在国内读
的博士（THU），在美国做的postdoc（Stanford）。
现在手里一作的publication：Gen Dev 2篇（一作以篇，co-first 一篇）； Cell
reports （co-first 一篇）；HMG 一篇，Neurobio of aging 一篇。还有一篇在投，
但是上top journal的希望渺茫，大概子刊可能性大一点儿。
funding情况：正在努力申请K99，不知道能不能拿到；拿过学院的fellowship，和
Parkinson disease foundation的postdoc fellow。

是昨天我不小心看到了一篇新闻文章，才惊讶的发现其实最早做出来的，有可能是
Wayne State University的潘卓华。虽然他的投稿时间和Deisseroth的类似，但是因为
他是一个没有什么名气的学者，而且他的文章包装得不对，所以他的文章被百般耽误，
最后比Deisseroth的晚了一年才发表。
在2004年底潘就做出了和Deisseroth几乎一样的文章，除了用的细胞略微不同：他做的
神经细胞是从视网膜分离的，而Deisseroth 做的神经细胞是从大脑分离的。然后他把
文章陆续投向Nature, Nature Neuroscience,Journal of Neuroscience，却统统遭到
了拒稿。然后大半年之后，也就是2005年8月份，Deisseroth 的文章发表在Nature
Neuroscience上。潘得知之后，心都凉了。

英國歷史學家、政治學家西瑞爾·諾斯古德·帕金森（Cyril Northcote Parkinson
）於1958年出版的《帕金森定律》一書中提出的。帕金森得出結論：在行政管理中，
行政機構會像金字塔一樣不斷增多，行政人員會不斷膨脹，每個人都很忙，但組織效
率越來越低下。這條定律又被稱為“金字塔上升”現象。
帕金森闡述了機構人員膨脹的原因及後果：一個不稱職的官員，可能有三條出路
。第一是申請退職，把位子讓給能幹的人；第二是讓一位能幹的人來協助自己工作；
第三是任用兩個水準比自己更低的人當助手。這第一條路是萬萬走不得的，那等於是
自殺；第二條路也不能走，因為那個能幹的人會成為自己的對手；看來只有第三條路
最適宜。於是，兩個平庸的助手分擔了他的工作，他自己則高高在上發號施令。兩個
助手既無能，也就上行下效，再為自己找兩個無能的助手。如此類推，就形成了一個
機構臃腫、人浮於事、相互扯皮、效率低下的領導體系。而且這個定律不僅在官場中
出現，在很多組織中都能看到這樣的帕金森現象。

水。所以现在都没有测热水含金属量的kit. 好在洗碗机烘干后就算有残余在碗壁上，
应该也非常非常少。
主要前一阵听说 Parkinson's disease 病人血液中金属超标。这病没法治，又
progressively worse. 给吓着了。 |

with cheese, cottage cheese is better in that list. The drugs are primarily
prescribed for depression (SSRI) or parkinson's disease (MAOI). For the
commercial name, you may google them out.

dependent. There is no magic drug at his point, as far as I know.
In terms of tremor, it can be a lot of different causes, varying from
benign tremor to more concerning Parkinson's disease. Of course the
treatment varies based on the diagnosis. He need to be examined by a
neurologist in person. No one shall diagnose just based on description. |

is a procedure where interventional cardiologists will map out the aberrant
circuit in the heart after inducing arrythmias, and then they will
purposefully damage that area of the circuit to prevent electrical
conduction.

在美国这种情况医生一般会有倾向性交代
获益和风险应该由医生进行。比如版上有人推荐手术，病人的当地医生没有把握你敢让
他们开吗？
以及不做手术患者长期卧床会有较高的血栓以及其他严重并发症风险。如果患者仅仅是
高龄+骨折而不考虑其他基础病，手术目前是比较明确利大于弊的。但是考虑病人其他
基础病和骨折前的功能状态就需要骨科和麻醉科医生具体问题具体分析了 |

刀见不了血，最后还是老人给搞定的。。我妈给我爹拔个火罐，他能痛得哇哇叫，看到
拔完一块红一块紫就差没晕过去了。。
没想到找了个如出一辙的lg。。看到隔壁贴里叫lg打insulin的，就在想，叫我lg他肯
定跑得比逃命还快，要不就手抖得跟个parkinson＇s似的。平时给他挤个痘，他叫得跟
我家暴了他似的。给他看看皮肤科的一些图片，人家立马就永垂不朽了。真担心，就这
种，到时候我生产了，出个血，割个刀，大叫几声，再把娃从身体里抱／掏出来，他还
不现场晕倒？ |
